I've been here before with fine experiences but after being left out to dry like this I'm not so sure. Arrived for a 1 pm showing admittedly early at 12pm and was unable to go inside because we were locked out, I looked inside and saw employees in but they seemed uninterested in either acknowledging us or answering their phones. We left and then returned later to find another couple who had a 12:15 showing and were already 10 into their showing and were desperately trying to get in. Still the employees pretend not to see us despite one sitting at the front counter and I'm sure hearing the other couple's knocking on the door. Eventually they opened the doors to let the growing crowd know they only opened 30 minutes before a showing, which would be fine had they told us or bothered to answer our phone calls. Very unprofessional overall; will be avoiding from now on.

MJ Jax and, Gabriel wereaamazing, took care of every issue and order before anything was an issue. I was able to enjoy almost the whole movie considering my kids was asking for a snack every 5 minute: basically I was able to enjoy the almost the whole movie despite the kids constantly asking me for food because the staff quickly acted. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

A themed movie theater in New Tampa. I came to see the Minecraft Movie and it was a good experience. Although the decor is pretty dated, it’s themed better than most movie theaters. There’s always a good detail hiding somewhere. The theaters themselves are pretty clean and they have reclining seats. Prices are high as usual and the lines are pretty short since movie theaters aren’t that popular nowadays. Overall, it’s pretty decent but will get a major makeover soon.

This is a very nice location. From the moment you enter to the time you leave, this place is all about creating a great atmosphere. Lots of movie props, including life-size, cars, and true GRAND ERA theater atmosphere. They also have a very impressive selection of food drinks and snacks. I think the ticket prices were great. $11 for Saturday evening screening. IMPORTANT: don’t buy them online. They charge four dollars convenience fee per ticket, which is almost a reason to reduce the rating to a four star. 30% junk fee!!!! the burgers they advertise look good and are reasonably priced below $10. The beer and wine selection is between nine and $10. Seats are comfy but not lounge quality. Restrooms are clean. Parking is easy.
