My first time watching a movie in a Screen X movie theater was fantastic! Screen X is an “immersive movie theater format that expands visuals from the main screen onto the side walls, creating a 270-degree panoramic view to put you in the center of the action, using multiple projectors for seamless, story-enhancing scenes during films.” However, I discovered that only certain scenes are expanded to the side walls, designed to complement the main action without being distracting. I thought it was throughout the film.

This is my first time visiting this theater in years since the name change. We enjoyed being back in town with our favorite past time catching a slasher Scream 7. Bless the staff here because they are customer care and smiles. There's games, dining upstairs and the bar and t.v. screens for the sport lovers. We got here 3 hours before the start of the movie and wasn't bored from the picture booth to shooting hoops we enjoyed it ALL!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my family’s experience at the B&B Theatres in Wesley Chapel yesterday. I purchased tickets online for a party of eight. While we were driving to the theater, I received an email saying my order had been refunded with no explanation. I immediately tried calling the theater, but the phone only provided movie times, and I could not reach anyone. I searched online for another number and email, only to be told to forward my message. About 20 minutes later, I was informed the movie had been canceled for everyone due to a technical issue and was told to contact the theater. A simple phone call or text could have saved my family a 33-minute drive. When we arrived, an employee confirmed the cancellation, so I had to purchase eight new tickets for the only remaining showing at 10:00 p.m. I was also with my special needs child, making the unexpected changes, long wait, and constant issues even more stressful for our family. While waiting, I bought game cards for the kids. We then discovered the concession stand had very few food options, the bar was closed, and the popcorn was cold and stale despite the high prices. Customer service was also unacceptable. The cashier rushed customers, was rude, and made us feel like we were a bother. If employees do not want to be there, they should not take it out on paying customers. When we entered the auditorium, five people were sitting in our assigned seats. The employees at the ticket counter ignored us while continuing to help other guests. Thankfully, a manager eventually assisted us and kindly had the guests move. She was the only employee who provided excellent customer service. The theater was also extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the movie. Overall, I spent approximately $400 to $500 for a family outing that turned into one disappointment after another due to poor communication, limited concessions, rude customer service, seating issues, and uncomfortable conditions. To make matters worse, my original ticket refund was incomplete, and I had to call and leave another voicemail just to request the remaining balance because no one was available to help. This experience was unacceptable. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, the customer service issues at this location are addressed, and appropriate compensation is provided for what should have been a fun family evening.

Great theater, was just limited on food and snack options. Ordered the southwest egg rolls and they were cold, wanted a pretzel but they didnt have any and icee machine was down. Should have just gotten nachos. Overall suit seating was nice though.

Kinda strange for a comedy club set up. 1st 3 row must order 2 items. Joker Juice was $6, so that was pretty reasonable. Regular Coke was like $5, so choose wisely. Club manager was cool and performer was great
