If I could give Sun-Ray Theatre 10 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we walked in, the place had a unique charm that you just don't find at big chain theaters. The atmosphere was dark, cozy, and full of personality, with incredible artwork throughout the building. My favorite surprise was a hilarious stuffed squirrel sitting at a tiny piano—I got a real laugh out of that. The food completely blew me away. I've been to a lot of movie theaters, and this was unlike anything I've experienced before. The nachos were absolutely delicious, and the portion was huge. I was also thrilled to see vegetarian options on the menu, which is something you rarely find at movie theaters. We saw the new Mandalorian and Grogu film and had a fantastic time. My only minor complaint was that our theater had traditional seats instead of recliners. While they were fine, recliners would have made the experience even better. Even though it's about an hour from home, I'll gladly make the trip again for movies I'm really excited to see. The atmosphere, food, and overall experience make it more than worth the drive. Sun-Ray Theatre has earned a loyal customer, and I can't wait to come back. 😆🐿️🎹

Loved the vibe there. The people who work there are very nice. Everything is a decent price. The food is just ok. I feel like that could have been better. If you want a fun outside of the norm theater experience you’ll like it here.

This theater has everything! Comfortable seats, a wide selection of food and drinks, friendly staff etc. The decor is iconic. Can’t wait to see another movie there

I can't say enough wonderful things about Sun-Ray. The PeeWee's Playhouse theming made my heart soar. The employees were great. The food is absolutely delicious and the best you'll find at any movie theatre. The tofu barbecue sandwich was a full footlong, I took half of it home. Plus, the containers are reusable! Bonus points for using Josie & the Pussycats in the playlist and having fun internet videos before the films. Last but not least, great prices for everything! *plate and ruler are mine

The original Evil Dead showing was awesome! We all really enjoyed our time that night. We've been going to this theater space since 1994! Love what the Sun-Ray Cinema people have done with the venue. Looking forward to more fun nights there!
