The service was 5/5, I had no problems there. Ordering with the QR code was easy and our food and drinks arrived quickly. Staff was friendly, especially Teyone who gave us a warm welcome and chatted with us a bit. The food and drinks were pretty good, we ordered mains, a side to share, and a dessert. My only complaint is that the seating was really squeaky- we were there for a horror movie and during the quiet parts it did take away from the movie a bit whenever someone shifted in their seat and made a loud squeak. But we had a good time overall and I'd go again.

This is not a place you should go on a last min whim without doing some research first, but we did. The good, -went early 9:45am on Sun and no crowd -cute backdrop for photos, if that's your thing -picture and sound quality were great and consistent The setbacks, -Did not feel like it was a very clean environment overall -The formatting on my cell phone was difficult for ordering. Many steps to complete and would not allow me to enter my card number. Had to create a wallet in my phone to add my card and order that way. -was told we would be greeted by our server in the theater when checking in, but no one ever greeted us. Food, -If your a great cook at home you may be disappointed with the food cause it's not made "your way" -If your expecting fast food, you may be surprised in a good way -Breakfast tacos were good and came out hot, I skipped the Verde Salsa which would have gave it more flavor but wanted to add my tater tots and ketchup. Tater tots were cooked enough to not taste raw, but if you like them we'll done they are not. -Three Legged Mule was "Ah-Mazing" if you like an odd ball non-alcoholice drink! -Kids cheeseburger meal with fries was good according to the kid. -We did have to ask for napkins part way through the meal, which seemed silly since we both had greasy finger foods. -the kids drink came way before the meal, the Three Legged Mule came way after the meal was served. -overall reminded me of "Top-Golf" food, your not paying for the food quality but the experience. It's a movie theater and for that it felt appropriate for the price and better than expected. Ordering Customization, -Lots of things you could remove or add. -Did not inquire about the things preferred but not listed to order. -would be great if you could opt for less cheese or extra sauce on pizzas Hospitality, -Seemed like most places, some people know they get paid to provide great service, some just show up for the check. -Had an issue about the gratuity. Wanted to give more than the 18% but when I tried to change it to "other" and add more it charged me both. They offered for me to speak with the manager to adjust it...but I probably didn't pay attention so I decided to skip the adjustment. If you want to give a higher tip, just add the difference in the "other" section. Seating, -Not as cozy as some theaters, seemed more for a dining style and watching t.v. experience For not being prepared, getting to the movie late and learning how it all worked in the moment it was a good experience. Just felt like I was on the phone for a very long time for ordering 3 things. I'd go again, but the cleanliness part especially where your eating food should be at a different standard. We all as guests should also clean up after ourselves! 😊

We went for my son’s birthday to see Toy Story 5. He ( 7yrs old) said the tables were so cool and the food was awesome. Enoc was our server and he was absolutely great. They loved the space ranger drink! We had an amazing time. No ninjas.

The bartender today was so great! I'm really happy that we were finally able to come here. Happy hour is totally worth it. The raspberry wheat beer was delicious. We ate the apps on happy hour and got a great deal too! I can't wait to come back on Wednesday.

Well I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere, the servers, the beer and food, just awesome. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of one of the bartenders. I don't know if he just doesn't like white people or what but I'm only as nice as can be when it comes to people performing a service for me and always tip 20%. He saw me waiting there at the bar while he was laughing and joking with the other bartender. I walked closer to get someone's attention and finally asked for a growler. As soon as he heard me order he stopped smiling and rolled his eyes. I'm thinking 'did i just order the worst order or something?' Never said a word or even looked in my direction even when I apologized and thanked him. I asked 'do you hate making growers or something?' He responded with he's just quiet, yet you were just laughing and joking when I walked up. Yeah that didn't make me feel too good, if you can't deal with customers then don't work a job where your around customers. I didn't deserve that and kinda makes me not want to go back anytime soon. Everyone else and everything else was great.
