When I say the theater is absolutely disgusting!! The seats are sticky, noticably black from dirt. Popcorn candy and hair between the seats. I absolutely was grossed out! The bathrooms were old and unkept. Black trash bags covered toilets two sinks were stopped up. Disgusting is all I have to give 😐

This theatre is past its prime and has not been updated. The seats are old, the upholstery is stained, worn, and dingy. The HVAC makes constant humming noise and is distracting when you’re trying to enjoy a film. The staff are nice but there are so many theaters in the area with more comfortable, reclining seats, less noisy air conditioning, and significantly better concessions. I’m sad. I’ve seen so many movies here, but I think I’ve seen my last one there. 😢

For the price of tickets and pop corn you would think the theater would be clean. The seats was absolutely disgusting. I had to bring in a shirt and jacket to sit on because the seat was black with filth. The floor would have been a better to sit on. Deplorable seats it was disappointing and absolutely a shame. I sit on the edge of my seat and used disinfectant wipes to wipe anything that touched the area where me and my family sat. The staff was beyond friendly but the whole idea of going to see a movie is to sit back and relax. But with the thought of a bedbugs, lice and catching a STD from those gross seats was far beyond me. If I could have got my money back for my tickets I would have left immediately.

We have been coming to Glendale Cinema since we were teenagers, and it honestly breaks my heart to see what this theater has become. This used to be such a great neighborhood spot with so many memories attached to it, but now it feels completely neglected. The seats were dirty, worn down, and uncomfortable, and the entire theater feels outdated compared to every other cinema around Indianapolis. I truly believe this may be one of the only theaters left that has not been updated in years. I do not know if it is because of the location or lack of investment, but it is sad to watch a place with so much history slowly fall apart. The experience just does not feel clean, welcoming, or cared for anymore. I really hope ownership takes this seriously because this theater used to mean a lot to the community.

EEEEYUCKKK!!! When’s the last time y’all cleaned the seats??? Never from the looks of them, booty sweat everywhere! my daughter sat on the edge of the chair for the entire movie!!! We won’t be back….ever.
