My first time here. I recently dropped my AMC Stubs A-List and subscribed to Regal Unlimited and am so happy that I did. I got my tickets from a kiosk in the Theater Lobby and it was so easy to do even to scan my barcode. I watched four Movies on Tuesday and loved each Auditorium. The pictures, sound and seats were all fantastic! The employees I encountered/talked to were all friendly. The entire complex was very clean as well which was honestly surprising to me considering how some customers can be. I saw employees on a regular basis cleaning so was happy about that. The outside of the Complex was nice and inviting as well. The only thing I didn't like was the fact the Mountain Dew I got at the Concession Stand tasted weird so next time I will get Pepsi. All in all, I was so pleased with my first visit and will be back quite often to use my Regal Unlimited.

superb no lie!! Very comfortable very clean the staff was amazing lovely drinks. This sets the bar so high. Definitely a next level experience. Cleanliness and customer service is clearly priority here. Love!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Regal Cinemas Greenwood truly went above and beyond in supporting the White River Co-Op! Their generous popcorn donation was a huge hit and added a fun, memorable touch to the event—especially for the children, who absolutely loved it. Our co-op is centered around providing educational classes and meaningful opportunities for home educators, and partnerships like this make a real difference. Seeing the kids engaged, smiling, and enjoying the experience made it even more special for our families. It’s always great to see local businesses investing back into the community—especially in ways that support children’s learning and growth. This place is gross. I am not sure if I’ll ever be back. Our seats had popcorn grease and drinks spilled on them and uncleaned. The restrooms looked like no one had cleaned them in a week. The popcorn was like eating packing material. This is one of the worst managed movie theaters I have been to in a while. Hopefully they just had a bad night, but I now feel robbed out of $100. Edit: I did reach out, and followed up. No response so far to either and we are 3 weeks in. Your response is a default one that clearly shows you couldn't care less about the actual problem. Hopefully people who read this can save themselves the time and money and just go see a movie somewhere else.

Friendly service. Facilities were clean. It is pricier than other local theaters. It does have the nice reclining seats.
