My first time at this particular Regal. As a Regal Unlimited Member I wanted to try it. The outside and some of the inside does look dated and could use an upgrade. The Auditoriums I was in were all comfortable and the picture/sound was good in all of them. The employees I talked to were friendly. The Complex was pretty clean from what I could see. The things I didn't like was the constant phone usage from other customers during the Movies as well as talking. It was so bad during one Movie I actually moved to another seat. Completely uncalled for that people use the phone or talk during the Movie. I really want to like this place and might come back again but chances are I will stick to the Regal in Greenwood.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Regal Shiloh Crossing has been our go-to movie theater for years, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best movie experience possible. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. The theater itself offers a great variety of viewing experiences. The main auditoriums are spacious and comfortable, with excellent reclining seats that make even the longest movies enjoyable. The smaller theaters have a cozy ambiance that works perfectly for family films and less crowded showings. Over the years, we've enjoyed everything from major blockbusters like *Avengers: Endgame* and *Dune* to family favorites such as *Paddington*. No matter the film, Regal Shiloh Crossing has always provided a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Most recently, my wife accidentally lost her credit card and was understandably very worried. After retracing our steps without success, we decided to check the last place she had used it—Regal Shiloh Crossing. To our relief, the staff had secured the card, and she was able to recover it quickly. Their honesty and helpfulness greatly eased what had become a very stressful situation. Thank you to everyone at Regal Shiloh Crossing for your outstanding customer service and for helping make our westside movie experiences so memorable over the years. We truly appreciate all that you do and look forward to many more visits in the future.

I'm a regal unlimited member and I visit Regal Cinemas at Shiloh Crossing several times a month. The staff is so nice, very helpful and friendly. My son has special needs and he LOVES visiting our movie theater. The new updates at the concession area is very nice and encourages purchases. The theaters are clean. My only suggestion is to monitor the temperature a little better, you never know if it's going to be chilly, warm, or just right. I'm glad you see our local theater getting busier after several years of slow attendance. Ryan and Angie are always the friendliest and best at the ticket taking table!

We came to watch the movie Michael! Easy in, great popcorn 🍿 & snacks! Recliner seats are the best. Everything was very clean & everyone was very polite!

We visited the theater on 5/30/26 for a 7:50 PM showing of the Mandalorian and Grogu in theater no. 5. I purchased four tickets for nearly $70 expecting a quality experience. Aside from the excess cold air (which seems to be the norm these days) the movie picture quality wasn’t great. It appeared that there was a color issue and that all the scenes had excess blue or purple tones. Initially, I thought maybe this was a production choice but after going back and reviewing the movie trailer on different devices (including my own home theater) that does not appear to be the case.
