I was mostly very impressed with the North Rock AMC. I had not been here in probably 15 years. I have been a loyal Warren customer, but since Regal bought them out, the quality has degraded. The picture quality in the main theater #1 was top notch. The dual 4K projectors removed the low framerate artifacts that I have been seeing in other theaters. We saw Super Mario Bros Galaxy and the picture was vibrant, bright, and rich. The sound quality was also very good and I enjoyed the rumble of the bass in my seat. The volume was JUST barely too loud. Turning it down slightly would improve the overall experience. I really liked the setup of the theater with basically a balcony for the back 2/3 of seating, to put you right up even with the screen. We had great seats right in the middle which probably helped the sound and overall immersion. The reclining leather (pleather?) seats were very nice, except I got a little hot in them, and I do not usually get overly hot. A few degrees cooler in the theater would help. The lobby was nice and the ability to order snacks ahead of time and have them ready for pickup on arrival was great! One other thing that kept this from being a 5-star review was the bathrooms. They were small, felt like a school bathroom, and my wife reported one of the two women's soap dispensers not functioning. Overall, we were happy, especially with the picture and audio quality. We will probably be back.

So went to go see the new toys story on june 21st and decided to splurge a little and go to AMC rather than the warren. i walk into the women’s bathroom that’s in the FRONT LOBBY and it looks like this! all these workers here and no one has thought to clean it?? UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY because it’s in the front. THATS THE FIRST BATHROOM YOU SEE. EMBARRASSING!!! not to mention every toilet was clogged inside the bathroom. i had asked a worker if he could clean it and he was very rude! don’t recommend this location anymore. if they can’t clean a bathroom imagine what else they aren’t cleaning!

Video and sound quality was great. The theater is wore out and dirty. Everything was sticky and the buttons on the seats only partially worked. The seats were so broken down it made my tailbone hurt the entire movie.

This is a great theater I come here all the time with my boyfriend and we watch so many movies there whenever they come out. Today we went to go to the Wuthering Heights movie. I have been waiting for the movie to come out for so long and it was packed opening weekend to we waiting for today. We waiting in line for 10 minutes while this lady complained and when we finally got help the guy scanned my ticket (we had already bought the tickets might I add) and then told us we can go. Right before we get to leave he says “can I see you ids” my boyfriend is 19 and had his with him. I’m 17 and didn’t have mine with me because I’ve never been asked for my id at a movie theater. Since I didn’t have my id on me the guy did not let me or my boyfriend through and told us to get a refund which we didn’t even get we got a AMC gift card instead. Really ruined my day.

I've had great service both times I've been to the newly revamped Northrock. The ticket sales help were on point. Once all the glitches are ironed out, this will be great. I liked that we could reserve good seats on line as I was coming straight from work. The staff were very friendly and quick, I just showed them my confirmation text and we got our tickets right away! The seats were very comfortable!
