I’ve gone twice in the last month and had a great experience both times. Best movie theater popcorn in town with an abundance of unique snacks and drinks. I hope they get more business as they finish renovations.

The website details that digital gift cards will be instantly sent to your email. It has been over 3 hours and I have not received it. I literally only bought the gift card so I could send it to my friend so she could take her son there for a fun movie night. After I receive my refund, I will change my review. Edit: I have a screenshot of my confirmation and it shows my correct email address. I still have not received the gift card in any folder, including spam. Yet, my bank account was charged instantly. Funny how the gift card was supposed to be sent to the email instantly.. this will be reported to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow if not corrected. Update. It has been over 47 hours and the (instant digital gift card) has not been emailed. Boulevard Theatres has not resolved the issue, so I disputed the charge to my bank and reported the issue to the FTC. It really is as simple as sending the gift card I paid for. If any of you choose to do gift cards from this theater, I recommend buying it in person or just choose Regal Warren or AMC instead.

The value movie theater of Wichita, at Towne West Square. In my fist time back in awhile my family and I landed our trip on their weekly $5 movie Monday. Concessions were also affordable compared to competitors and the theater experience was fine for the money. The screen and sound here is very standard, and there are some issues with the building having a musty smell but for what you pay it doesn’t seem to be a big enough factor to not enjoy a film. I can recommend Boulevard Theaters for anyone after a bargain movie experience.

Need a phone # with a live person at the theater to assist. We bought 6 tickets and needed to add 1. I hopped online and the window was still open. Clicked over to buying tickets and it says "'Modify" my ticket purchase. I clicked and it said something about refunding and repurchasing. Not what I wanted to do. I just needed to add one ticket. Called the number for theater and it was a circle jerk. No person to talk to.

We had to choose between broken seats - because there aren’t two good ones together it seems, and the sound was pathetic. It sounded like they were talking through a glass wall or something. Not to mention the IMMENSE sound bleed from other theaters. I didn’t expect perfection coming to the old Movie Machine. But I hoped at least for a half decent chair and a better experience than what I can get in my own living room. I haven’t been to a movie in 8 years and the next one I go to, won’t be Boulevard unfortunately.
