The movie was really good the sound and screen quality was really good. The service was amazing they deliver your food to your seat. The people are extremely sweet. My only complaint was that the food is a lil bland but other that than that really fun would go again

I recently went to the AMC theater in Metairie, and the dine in experience was very disappointing. If the theater isn’t able to properly provide the dine in service where food is brought directly to your seat, then customers might as well just order at the kiosk and pick it up themselves. My popcorn and drink were brought to me, but the actual food I ordered never came. If the item wasn’t available, someone should have simply communicated that instead of leaving me waiting during the movie. I also noticed other customers were missing items from their orders too. The staff seemed to be rushing food deliveries and cleanup just to close the kitchen early and get off sooner, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, if your food never comes, there’s basically no easy way to get a refund during the movie, so you end up wasting money on food you never even received. That’s crazy to me. The whole point of paying extra for a dine in theater experience is convenience and service. If customers aren’t receiving what they paid for, there’s really no reason to offer dine in service at all.

Visit today to watch Micheal. AWESOME MOVIE. We went in the middle of the day & that movie room was packed. Hot food, pricey; but great. Like someone else stated in reviews the food doesn’t taste like theater food it taste like restaurant food. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which came with loaded fries & it was pipping hot & fresh with a great flavor to it. It was delivered to my seat which was great also. It’s time for them to replace those old out dated “sit straight up” seats & put some recliners like other amc locations. We spent close to $100 today for 2 ppl & a better seat for a 2 hr movie would have been worth it. Other than that everything else was great. Also, bring your jacket or a blanket because it was cold.

We saw Avatar: Fire and Ash @ IMAX The movie theater is very well maintained. The floors were not sticky and the chairs were comfortable with leg room. Everything was clean. The movie screen is large. My only complaint was the loudness of the audio. The fight scenes vibrated in your chest. The movie is three hours long and by the time we left my granddaughter and I both had a headache.

In the new age of On-Demand and Streaming platforms, a trip to the Movie Theater is becoming less and less frequent. Recently, a film had come out that I really wanted to see. I went to the AMC Clearview website and pre-purchased my ticket with an additional meal to enjoy while I was watching my film. Because of the popularity of the film, I purchased the last seat in the reserved seating section. Unfortunately, it was in the second row from the screen. I figured that would be fine since the electronic seats recline. Upon finding my assigned seat, I discovered that the functions of my seat did nothing when pressed. To watch the movie without getting a stiff neck, I had to stand up in the aisle towards the back of the room for the entire film.
