There seems to be a lot of greed, and very little competency happening with any AMC these days. This particular location at least is selling $10 bottles of Josh Cellars Cabernet for $50 (that's a 400% markup). I had to go back through the concession stand line 3 times to get a hot dog because despite the roller being absolutely full of hotdogs I was told that they didn't wouldn't have any and I'd need to try back in 2 minutes. I asked if I could just pay for it and stand to the side and wait the two minutes for them to be ready and was given a very confused face. So I spend ten minutes at the bar to get my $50 bottle of bottom shelf wine before returning for my promised hot dog. The second time through the line I was told they'd already sold all of the hotdogs they made 8 minutes ago and won't have any for 10 minutes. I am at this point 20 minutes late for my showing. I go into the theater and wait the promised time. Before returning and finally succeeding in buying my prize, which took 10 minutes for them to actually make it while I stood to the side and waited. If you've done the math that 40 minutes of total hot dog wait time folks. It seems like they're prioritizing Uber Eats/GrubHub orders (which they do for some reason?) over those of the people standing in like trying to catch a movie. Final gripe; despite each theater having those fancy magnetic door holders that the projectionist can shut remotely from the booth, this theater has decided not to use them. They instead just leave them all open at all times so you can listen in on the movie playing across the hall.

“I had a great experience at AMC thanks to Logan. I was having trouble getting my Stubs to load on my phone, and he immediately stepped in to help. He was patient, calm, and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a smooth experience. He explained everything clearly, made sure my account was set up correctly, and kept a really positive attitude the whole time. Logan has this genuinely kind energy that makes the interaction feel comfortable — the kind of vibe that makes you think, ‘Okay, this is someone who actually enjoys helping people.’ It’s rare to find someone who’s both helpful and easy to talk to, but Logan definitely is. AMC is lucky to have him, and I appreciated the little extra effort he put in. It made my visit feel welcoming in a way that not every theater does.

We had a terrible experience at the cinema. Despite paying $25 per ticket, we were seated in screen 13 (5:45 PM), where a broken speaker was producing a sharp static noise. This caused a severe headache and an unpleasant experience for us. The saddest part was that despite informing the management about the issue, they showed no concern or response. The lady who received our complaint didn’t even bother to follow up, inform anyone, or even write down the details of our complaint.

Beautiful theater. Well maintained and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location. Movie selection is very good. Popcorn is fresh and delicious. They also sell Icees.

Went to see obsession. The theater was completely black, no trailers or anything on screen for 30 minutes after showtime started and then the movie just immediately started. The screen was tilted and the bottom of the movie was cut off.
