The fam enjoy their recliners as it makes their movie experience very comfortable. Sometimes a little too comfortable, hubby falls asleep in them during the movie. I love that you can put as much butter as you want on your popcorn! Haha… and lots of flavored soda to choose from. They have some really cool movie merch as well that you can’t find anywhere else. We’re here almost every weekend catching the latest movie releases.

Last weekend, my wife and I planned a simple date night and saw Avatar on the IMAX screen with assigned seating. We did not expect a luxury experience, just a basic, clean, functional movie night. Like most people, we already knew everything would be overpriced and accepted that before walking in. Unfortunately, even basic expectations were not met. When we arrived, our assigned seating area had clearly not been cleaned or checked. There was a spilled drink on the floor, along with popcorn, nachos, napkins, and trash on and around the seats, making them unusable. I want to be fair. Concession pricing and menu quality are corporate decisions. Cleanliness, however, is the responsibility of local management. When I notified a manager, I noticed the employee responsible for cleaning was the same person I had seen multiple times standing nearby holding a broom and dustpan while talking with the ticket taker instead of cleaning. For the theater to be in that condition, it’s clear no one checked it between showings, and that falls on management. Only after seeing how poorly maintained everything was did the pricing become relevant. The popcorn was dry and tasteless even after butter. The nacho cheese cup felt heavy but contained very little cheese, less than what you’d get at a high school or professional football game using the same style setup. The hot dogs were also dry and disappointing. There was no option to add cheese or chili. If prices are going to be as high as they are, why stop there? At least offer options to make a better hot dog. Between tickets and concessions, we spent nearly $200. As we exited, guests are asked to clean up, which is understandable, but the trash cans were completely overflowing and had not been changed. While throwing something away, another cup fell out and splashed. I was lucky to step back before it hit my shoes. I understand theaters are under pressure, but failing at basic cleanliness while charging premium theater prices isn’t acceptable. AMC needs to do better

Temperature was not too cold. The reclining seats were awesome. Perfect seating. Thank you AMC. No teeny-boppers without supervision.

Awful customer service took over 30 minutes to get tickets. 4 people selling popcorn and still slow. Then gotta make your own drinks. Don't pre order popcorn. You don't get fresh popcorn.

I like this so much, it was all clean, service was all nice that they even changed out tickets because we mistaken the wrong movie, they didn’t even charge more money, I love this place, and I will always go there.
