We wished we would have looked at the reviews before coming here. Was hoping that the terrible reviews were wrong. This theater is disgusting. Like what was that nasty stuff on the walls!?!? The chairs are fraying and the screen is so small. I have never seen a movie theater screen like that in my life. Literally one of the worse movie theaters I have ever been to. I cannot imagine what the bathrooms are like. My friends said they were digusting and that there was pee on the toilet seat so she had to wait to go into a different stall. How is this place still in business? We will not be returning. Go elsewhere this place is a disgrace to other AMC’s this should not even be called an AMC.

had a disappointing experience at AMC CLASSIC Mounds View 15. The biggest issue was the lack of visible security and staff presence. There were disruptive guests in the theater, and it felt like no one was monitoring the area to make sure everyone could enjoy the movie. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and took away from the experience. I understand that theaters can get busy, but there should be better supervision and quicker responses when problems arise. I hope management takes steps to improve security and create a safer, more enjoyable environment for customers.

Took 20 minutes to stand in line just to scan our pre purchased tickets and since we where already in line we decided to get popcorn and a drink. It would have been nice to get a soda but both drink machines had no ice. We made it in our seats as the movie started. The theater had absolutely no air conditioning, the smallest seats and the sound system was horrendous. AMC is the worst chain of theaters, save your time and money and go to Emagine at least they have heated and cooling seats.

Good value for money, and we prefer this AMC to Rosedale because parking is easier and the experience is less rowdy than Rosedale. It’s a little run down, but people stopped going to movies so they are trying to keep open and not go bankrupt. I will keep going here and hoping in time they will have a healthier bottom line and can return to their hey day and invest in a refresh.

Went to a matinee today. The price was decent, and I prepaid for my ticket and snacks ahead on the app. When I arrived there wasn't anyone working the ticket booths. There was a sign that was unclear as to what to do. Whether you prepaid or not, you had to wait in the same line. Seemed ridiculous. The theater was small, sound was horrible, and the seats were uncomfortable. The positive side was that the popcorn was fresh, and the freestyle pop machines were working. The girl at the counter who helped me check in was nice. Otherwise, I would have given 1 star. Get more staff, and upgrade your theater.
