DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR MOVIES SHOWING IN THEATER 11 UPDATE: The AI response below shows you how insignificant customers are to this AMC location. So sad. You can see I'm not the only one who wrote a review about this issue. I took my kids to see a movie and the screen had this giant yellow circle covering the center of the screen. I spoke with a manager, and they knew about it but were still selling seats. I was baffled. They’ve known about it for a while and have even had technicians out to fix it. I’m just so confused as to why they are still using that theater. Just close that one down for a while. Of course, they offered me a refund, but I would not have driven all the way there and purchased tickets had I known. I could’ve gone to a different theater to see the movie, but it was already late. When I buy tickets to see a movie, it takes a bit of extra planning and coordination. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the manager was so so kind and accommodating. The staff there is wonderful. Otherwise, I’d have to give this one star. It’s really deceptive and unethical to sell seats and expect people to watch a movie with this much damage to the screen.

Went here for the first time on Sunday. Huge yellow spot on the projector screen that impacted the entire movie. Didn’t expect to pay full price for this kind of disappointment. Staff was aware of the issue but didn’t do anything to compensate for it. We drove 45 minutes to watch this movie here, it was sad.

My son had so much fun!! He’s a big fan of FNAF. The cupcake cup was overly priced as expected $34! We brought our own snacks and drinks so I let him get it. They had so many cute FNAF items for sale. Can’t wait to come back for number 3!

This is a nice theater and the seats are very comfortable. The staff was polite. The food was very expensive, but portion sizes were large with the drinks and popcorn.

Always get receipts at this place. I was overcharged at the concession stand and didn’t realize it until the next day. I spent a lot of time on the phone with the snarky general manger trying to get it sorted out. I was very patient and understanding but he had a real attitude. He eventually told me that the difference would be refunded to my account in 30 days. Turns out he’s also a liar because 60 days passed without the partial refund. I ended up having to dispute the inaccurate charge with my credit card company. Not once did I even receive a “sorry for the inconvenience” for all the time I spent on the phone fixing THEIR mistake. An apology is pretty standard for most businesses (ones with integrity at least). The theater is an absolute dump by the way so I guess this behavior from management wasn’t a huge shock.
