Compared to the Eden Prairie mall AMC, This place is magnificent. Clearly better management at this location. I visited this location multiple times recently and haven't seen any major cleanliness issues. The concessions are out of the world expensive. They always have been but truly it is getting out of hand.... If you get food and not just popcorn I would not reccomend the waffle fries, they are expensive and you only get about 6. Not worth it.... They do not deliver to your seat. Theater quality is good, sound quality is good, both the full recliners and partial recliners are comfortable. We did have an issue where the Dolby theater didnt have sounds through the trailers, after addressing the staff it was corrected before the movie started thankfully. Down side to this theater is it has begun attracting a undesirable crowd that talk during movies, are disrespectful to the staff, leave trash around, one time the smell of weed was so strong I thought someone lit up during the movie. I have been to worse theaters, and I reccomend this location over their Eden Prairie location 100%

I used to love going to AMC specifically for the signature recliners, willing to pay the high ticket prices for a good movie experience. However, almost every time I go to this AMC, I’m extremely disappointed as half the seats in the theater don’t recline. They are always disconnected or broken. Last night, we requested to move 3 separate times and each seat we moved to, one of them or both did not work to recline. I’d rather spend a fraction of the money at a regular theater if I have to sit straight up anyway.

Lots of room for individual people in the theater! The power recliner was nearly perfect! The movie had zero faults and the sound was perfect. My second time in this theater and I will go again. The parking lot of the Southdale Mall needs to be patched so they remove the great big potholes! I know it's managed by a different company than the stores but they really have a problem with the parking lot potholes!

Went to a late showing and when leaving the theater they were closed which makes total sense but all the trash was overflowed couldn't throw our stuff away, people set stuff on the floor. I assumed it was the crew leaving it for am clean up. That was the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars, and they didnt have what I originally wanted off the menu. Good movie! First time going to this theater, I liked the setup.

Great theatre but the concession stand is a bit bring managed as best as it could. We ordered at the ticket purchase counter and had to wait longer than people that were in the concession line. We had to get someone attention by waiving our receipt in the air to get our popcorn and cups for drinks. So don't be shy when doing that.
