Last week I hosted a business presentation at the B&B Theatres in the MOA. I was impressed with the level of service both Kirsten and Mark provided day of the event. They jumped in with set up and stay in communication throughout the day. Seeing the presentation on the BIG SCREEN was outstanding. Thanks TEAM B&B Theatres!

As a frequent visitor of the Mall of America, The B&B theatre was certainly nice as it was a break from the loud and sometimes chaotic atmosphere… Although, it’s definitely on the pricier side, you’ll definitely be paying full price for all the snacks and refreshments, as expected for the movies, and the tickets tend to be more expensive, mine being $17. However, being able to fully recline in a dimmed room while being fully able to enjoy every aspect of the movie is a plus. I got what I paid for and I am certainly happy about that, if I find myself at the mall again, I’m bound to come to B&B theatres once more.

So ghetto. Never going back. No one checked tickets, 10-20 ppl running around in and out of theatre on whatever drugs or alcohol making a scene the whole movie. Security came in multiple times. People started yelling in the theatre for others to chill. Basic assessment: why would anyone want to sit in a dark room with people tripping and getting angry and wait for something to happen? Not only a bad movie experience but felt unsafe.

We go to this theater in the MOA for all our movies. We gotta give big shout out to Desean, the best customer service everytime. We just seen back to back movies over the weekend and great food. The place is always clean and comfortable. You want great service and comfy environment go to this theater. Thank u again desean u keep us coming back. Management give this man a raise.

This used to be my place for movies when I lived in Bloomington a few years ago. The quality of this theater has sharply declined. It’s either going out of business or they have a new manager with zero passion for customer experience. We sat in screen 5 and the entire movie was either in stereo (surround speakers are just for show?) or it was at 40% volume but it was hard to hear. Someone had scrubbed the chair so hard with chemical cleaner the leather had peeled off. We were early so we thought we would stop at the bar for a drink, now I know it’s probably hard to get a great bartender with a place that doesn’t pull in a lot of bar traffic for tips but sheesh, having to pull out the recipe card for a terrible $13 pre-mixed espresso martini is rough. There were like 4 people working, the guy at the snack counter was working hardest, ticket girl was on her phone, and the ushers were just walking around not checking tickets - I’m sad that I paid, I could’ve just walked in! The salt dispensers for popcorn are just like the $2 diner ones and they’re all blocked the counters for the butter, salt, and sodas are disgusting. Such a disappointment, it’s priced like a luxury theater and it used to feel luxury now it sucks and I will not be back.
