Mithun Y a month agoI absolutely love AMC Town Square Las Vegas! The theater is always clean, comfortable, and provides an amazing movie-watching experience. One of the best things about AMC is the AMC A-List membership, which allows me to watch up to 4 movies a week in any format. It’s an incredible value for movie lovers. The Dolby Cinema and IMAX screens are fantastic, with excellent picture quality and sound that make every movie feel special. The staff is friendly, and this has become my favorite theater in Las Vegas. My only disappointment is that AMC Town Square rarely shows Indian movies. Las Vegas has a large Indian community that enjoys Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and other Indian films. I would love to see AMC bring more Indian movies to this location so that we can enjoy them on the amazing Dolby and IMAX screens. Thank you, AMC, for providing such a great theater experience, and I hope you’ll consider adding more Indian movies in the future!
Yang 5 months agoI visited AMC Town Square in Las Vegas and was genuinely shocked by the condition of the men’s restroom. This wasn’t a minor cleanliness issue — it was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for a business open to the public. The restroom floor was covered in urine, sticky to walk on, with dirty shoe prints tracked throughout. One urinal was completely filled to the brim with urine, while another had feces inside the urinal. This is not only repulsive, but a serious health and sanitation hazard. On top of that, the trash bins were overflowing, with used paper towels scattered across the floor. The counter area near the sinks was piled with trash — not just paper towels, but general garbage, making it nearly impossible to wash your hands without touching something dirty. This level of neglect does not happen overnight. It reflects a complete failure of cleaning protocols, management oversight, and basic hygiene standards. A movie theater charging premium prices should never allow conditions like this, especially in a high-traffic location. I took photos of everything described because the conditions were so extreme that I felt compelled to document them. I strongly urge AMC corporate or local management to reach out, as this experience seriously damaged my trust in this location. Until this is addressed, I would not recommend AMC Town Square to anyone, and I will be avoiding this theater entirely. Which is extremely upsetting because I am actually a PAYING AMC Premier member.
Coop 2 weeks agoGotta be the worst theater experience I’ve had in a long time. Mobile order for concessions was in about 45m early, still not ready. Waited in line, guy saw my ticket and couldn’t seem to care less when he realized it wasn’t prepared. Bathroom was absolutely rancid. You could smell urine from about 15ft outside of the threshold of the men’s restroom. Floor was damp and I didn’t see a sign up so… either dangerous or pee coated or both? lol. Quite certain the auditorium we were in was not cleaned prior to our showing. Crumbs all over the place in both seats and chocolate of some sort smashed into mine that I had to clean myself to avoid stains (G6/7, auditorium 13, ~430pm on 6/16/26 if you don’t believe me). And last, more of a general comment on AMC; the sheer number of ads is insane. There were THREE DIFFERENT AMC ads in a row after approximately 6-9 previews and other additional ads. Everyone comes in like 15m after the movie starts because of this and it just makes for a terrible experience all around.
Kelly Jackson a month agoSuch a disappointment for both AMC theaters in town. Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do, so much, I bought the A Lister pass for AMC. While I have no complaints regarding the screens and viewing experience, both theaters are disgusting. The bathrooms are always filthy and trash is often overflowing. Secondly, I know AMC can only control so much, but letting people vape, text, and talk during movies is unacceptable. An employee needs to monitor theaters here and there. Last night a young woman was blatantly vaping while waiting for her popcorn. If you cant hire more, or higher quality employees...maybe quit paying Nicole Kidman royalties on how nice movie going is and hire staff that take pride in their job. Taking your family to the movies is too expensive to accept this kind of service.
Roberto Montanez a year agoAMC 18 is conveniently located with plenty of parking. I recommend using the west lot for quicker access, but I parked in the north lot, which gave me a pleasant 5-minute walk past nearby shops—perfect if you have time to explore before your movie. The lobby and theater were generally clean, and you can purchase tickets through kiosks or at the box office, both of which were efficient. The concession stand is right at the entrance, creating a bit of congestion during peak times. That said, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the popcorn was freshly served with butter on request—note there’s no self-serve butter station. The self-serve soda machines were well-stocked and functional. Pricing is typical for AMC locations. Wheelchair access is available, which is a plus. However, the theater design feels a bit outdated. Theater 9 does not have reclining seats, just a slight backward tilt (about 5 degrees), which may not provide enough back support for longer movies. I did notice that my seat had leftover popcorn crumbs, which took away from the overall cleanliness. The bathroom floor was dirty, and trash bins were overflowing—both areas could benefit from more frequent maintenance. A common complaint I overheard—and personally experienced—was the dim aisle lighting, which made it difficult to read seat numbers before the movie started. Picture and sound quality were standard—nothing stood out, but everything worked as expected. In summary, AMC 18 offers a reliable experience with fresh concessions and helpful staff, but cleanliness and maintenance—especially in the seating and restroom areas—could use improvement
