A pretty cool theater located at the Palms that was a great experience. I highly recommend catching a movie here and parking at the very top to end the night with a great view. The theater was clean and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Wife and I love going to Brenden at the Palms since they have great theaters and comfy seats. Just wanted to point out that the new system of purchasing concession isn't working. The last two times we went (in the last month or so), it took 20 minutes to get a large popcorn and 1 large soda. I get that there's an automated system and it's not the employees' fault, but it didn't use to take 20 minutes to get concession. The girl who was fulfilling the orders was working fast and doing her best but this seems to be a management issue. Just hoping ya'll fix it. Thank you!

I realized I never properly thanked the staff, so I wanted to say this. I came in today to watch the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime movie and the showing was supposed to be dubbed. When it started, it was playing in subtitles instead, so I went over and let the employees know. They fixed it right away. I know that’s part of their job, but the way they handled it so quickly really stood out, especially since we didn’t miss much of the movie or get anything spoiled. I really appreciate that. This theater has become my wife’s and my favorite spot and we’re definitely going to keep coming back. The ambience is awesome too, the disco balls give it such a cool vibe and every employee we’ve interacted with has been super nice. Palms, you’ve got an incredible team, they seriously deserve recognition.

Had to kill time after the event I was attending was canceled at the last minute and the Brenden Theatres turned out to be the perfect place to catch a film on short notice. Seating was great with clean and very comfy leather recliners. Picture and sound quality were top notch during the screening of Warfare that I caught. The relaxing ocean sequences that play before the previews were also a nice touch. Parking was easy and free since the cinema is located inside the Palms Casino.

I've used the theater twice in a week stay. The first time was decent. Not too many complaints other than their card machines not working, which is still fine because in this day and age you can go the extra step and download an app to get things done. Maybe its a scheme to try and get people to sign up for rewards, but who knows. The main issue came in the second day. Our theatre crowd was complaining about the lights being on throughout the movie. I went to ask if they could turn off the lights and was apparently annoyed. My brother went next still nothing happened. It wasn't until a third movie goer if a fairer skin tone went to complain and like magic the problem was handled in less than 3 minutes. Maybe its the rule of threes or maybe it takes the right kind of person to ask but they dont get 5 stars for picking and choosing who to listen to
