June 1st. At 8pm this theater was extremely dirty. No Lids or napkins. Trash all over the tables and the icee machine was full of hair and dust. It was so disgusting. If I could get a refund and leave I would've but my daughter really wanted to watch the movie. This theater can be dirty at times and thats understandable but today was just horrible.

This theater has super comfy seats and great food. I love the motion seats. Some auditorium are a bit hot though so be warned but other than that really like this theater.

I really love the staff and theater itself. What we are so tired of is freezing our butts off every time I go to this theater. I even take a coat with me but today was the last straw. Went with my spouse and some friends. The A/C was on full blast and it did not shut off even one time the ENTIRE 2 hours. How do you expect someone to enjoy a movie freezing? You would think the staff would monitor the tempature to ensure this doesn't happen. It's ridiculous and also a complete waste of energy. I know ticket sales are really down and so concessions prices are through tge roof. I've reviewed the reviews and I am not the only person complaining about freezing in your theater. When are you going to do something about it. Can Cinamark really afford to loose more loyal customers for something totally preventable?

An amazingly cold theatre! (they have blankets on sale and the D-Box seats are heated) The theatres don't have noise bleed and all the seats are power recline. I didn't get any drinks or popcorn myself but my friends with me say it is good, along with the pretzels. Wide stairs and handrails for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff and they do actually keep it clean.
