We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Cinemark Century Suncoast 16 & XD on 3/8/26 for the 7:50 PM showing of Solo Mio!—the kind of visit that reminds you what great hospitality actually feels like. From the moment we walked in, the staff set the tone. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely guest‑focused. As a Theatre Manager who also works for Cinemark in Utah, I can confidently say this location is operating at a level many theaters aspire to but rarely achieve. Kade, the assistant manager who sold our tickets, delivered exemplary service—friendly, knowledgeable, and effortlessly professional. He made us feel welcomed rather than rushed, which is something guests notice immediately. When we returned from dinner, the podium attendant greeted us with the same level of warmth, and the concession team was equally impressive. They were quick, personable, and clearly skilled at navigating Movie Club credits, coupons, and employee discounts without hesitation. That level of competence and confidence at the stand is a breath of fresh air. The auditorium itself was immaculate. No spills, no trash, no sticky cupholders, no worn‑down seats—just a clean, comfortable, well‑maintained space. The plush seating and spotless trays made the experience feel elevated, and with only about seven people in the auditorium, the entire film felt peaceful and intimate. The restrooms were just as impressive: spotless, fully stocked, and looking as though they had just been refreshed. No dirty stalls, no stray paper, no residue on counters—just a clean, well‑cared‑for environment that reflects real pride in the building. What truly sealed the experience was the send‑off. As we exited, we were warmly wished a wonderful night and invited to return. Those small moments of genuine positivity are what transform a simple movie outing into a memorable experience. This team cares. This building shines. And this location is a model of what Cinemark hospitality should look like. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Las Vegas. If you haven’t visited the Suncoast 16 & XD yet, do yourself a favor and check it out—you’ll be glad you did.

If I could give zero stars, I would for the way I was treated today. I came to see a new movie that had just released on Friday, May 29th, 2026. Up until today, I had never had a problem with this theater. I’ve always thought it was a wonderful and well-maintained place. The issue started when I brought my younger brother to see the movie. I was told that without a guardian present, I could not take him inside. The problem is that I AM a legal adult. I showed my ID and even offered to call my mother to confirm that I was responsible for him that day, but they continued treating me as if I was not an adult and refused to handle the situation reasonably. What made the experience worse was being told BY A MANAGER WITH MOLES ON HER FACE (Could not get her name. didn’t see nametag on her.) that my mother had supposedly called the theater regarding this exact situation, which I know for a fact never happened. It honestly felt like they simply wanted us to leave instead of being upfront and respectful. All I got was a refund. I completely understand theaters having policies, but lying to longtime customers and treating them dismissively is unacceptable. I would have appreciated honesty and professionalism instead of being brushed off and disrespected. Why do I say disrespected and brushed off? Because no matter what I said, trying to tell them that I know for a fact it never happened, they kept lying. SHE kept lying. I hope you start treating younger adults with the respect they deserve.

This theater is usually great been coming for awhile but today 06/20/2026 , I encountered Richard, older guy while paying for my stuff he was very rude, grumpy, being sarcastic & sassy. Because I asked him did the candy come with the #3 package, at one point I was finna cuss him out but I just walked away. He lucky I was having a good day. He need to be re-trained on how to treat customers. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB GO FIND THE ONE YOU DO LIKE !!!

Cinemark at Suncoast Hotel is a great place to catch a movie! The theater is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the sound and picture quality are top-notch. I love the reclining chairs – they make the experience extra relaxing. The staff is friendly, I specifically ask for popcorn without salt and they make it for me, I really appreciate that. The concession stand has a nice variety of snacks and drinks. Convenient location inside the Suncoast Hotel, so it’s easy to grab dinner before or after the show. Highly recommend for a fun movie night!

Really friendly and welcoming people here, made my afternoon. Very comfortable seat and reasonable value I thought.
