Maegan Hendrix 11 months agoThis was not at all what I was expecting. Unfortunately the price point does not match the value of the overall experience, especially the food. The screen should have been larger, the chairs aren’t comfortable, they only have round tables so when my party of 3 was seated it was an awkward fit, the food didn’t come out hot, the flavor and quality of the food wasn’t very good, and you can hear outside noise from Area 15 when there are quiet parts in the movie. The waiters are amazing, and they helped to make the experience good, but there’s too many errors for this to be something I’d even consider again. You can get much better food, and entertainment, with better seating and overall ambiance anywhere else in Vegas. We watched Monsters Inc and I was so, so disappointed in the sushi! Truly horrible, it was like bad grocery store sushi. The only item on the menu that was redeemable was the yuzu sorbet, and mushroom bisque. This was the first, and only, movie I’ve watched with them, but the other people in my group had gone two other times. Unfortunately every occasion was similar to mine. I think this was a great idea that was very well advertised by paid influencers and adds, but did not live up to the hype. Just door dash a good meal and dessert and watch a movie at home, I promise it’ll be better.
vanessa johnson a year agoI was genuinely excited to finally try Fork n Film, especially with Ratatouille, my favorite movie. But the experience turned out to be a huge letdown. For the price, I expected an elevated, immersive evening. Instead, I got a cold, salty meal, uncomfortable seating, and construction paper menus that didn’t match the advertised vegan offerings. As a chef, the details were impossible to ignore — the so-called “local fruits” (in Vegas? Costco, maybe?), the vegan crème brûlée missing any trace of vanilla bean, and the ratatouille itself? Bland and lifeless. Worst of all, the food wasn’t even served in sync with the movie scenes, the whole point of the concept! The violinist was amazing, and staff were the stars of this event! Honestly, this felt like a Denny’s meal dressed up in dim lighting. For what I paid, I expected so much more. I left disappointed and honestly feel I deserve a refund.
Christopher Caldwell a year agoIt was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had, if it wasn't for the amazing staff, this would have been a one star review. We had trouble finding the venue as there is little to no signage. Despite being asked to arrive 30 minutes early, they didn't start seating until 10 minutes after. When entering I became very excited as the ambiance was amazing for Valentine's Day and the VIP seats were definitely the way to go. We then had a complementary champagne bottle and popcorn. After reviewing the menu we became excited to see every dish come to life. THEY SKIPPED THE FIRST TWO DISHES, which left us very confused as to when they would arrive. The first dish they served should have had sparklers and was very underwhelming as a single mushroom, but it was what they had in the movie so I didn't mind. Every dish was tiny and the absense of the first two dishes did not go unnoticed. Ultimately we left hungry and unsatisfied. We immediately went somewhere else after to get food. The movie Ratatouille was hard to see and pixelated at times and the noise from Area 15 did bleed in at various moments ruining the movie experience. I did however enjoy the staff and think everything they did was amazing, if I came back it would be because of them. All in all it was a fun one time thing, but I most likely won't be back.
Alana Johnson 5 months agoDo not go here. It is not worth your money. The servers were awesome, but the experience was lacking. There were only 2 servers for the entirety of the theater experience. The portions were small, as well as cold and not cooked correctly. I tried to reach out to customer service but have not heard back in nearly a month. They are also just a sub-let vendor in this building and cannot help you internally.
Kass Z 3 months agoAt this point I’m disappointed in this company and the owners should be embarrassed. It has been 8 months since I purchased tickets to my first show which was cancelled 2 days before the show and almost 4 months since they cancelled the show they made me switch my tickets to and I was promised a refund and no refund has come. I wanted to love this. who wouldn’t want to see one of their favorite childhood movies and eat those iconic meals all together. it seemed perfect and after seeing two shows I wanted to see more but then this happened and no matter what concept you have or how great the idea is if you don’t have trust then you have nothing and that is what you lost. If this process would have been smoother I would’ve come back in the future. At one point I was even looking at the memberships but after seeing how horrible these humans are for elongating this process which one can only assume is to make them more money by not refunding the multiple people who have experienced this I will never go back and I will keep writing in hopes that no one gets fooled the same way I did. Don’t even risk it unless you are willing to lose $600 and never get it back when they cancel the show 2 days before the show date. They cancelled two shows on me days before the show and have yet to refund me it’s been three months now and they still keep saying they don’t know when it will process. Would highly not recommend.
