They forgot about our theater ! Didn’t turn the movie on for 40 mins past start time. Asked the manager if she would turn it on and she was very rude and still didn’t turn on the movie ! Would’ve been 5 stars just for the concessions workers , and delicious nachos…. But man where they do that at !?! Definitely won’t be coming again .

Our theater was gross. Food leftover on the food trays at our seats . All while 2 male emplyees sat watching the movie with cleanser infront of them. Apparently thats just for astetics, because it wasn't used.

The best thing about this theater is it offers Spanish version of movies. Service was ok. Seats recline but you cant raise arm rest to snuggle with you partner. Its alot of parking and they offer games and a bar inside

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not turned on, the popcorn was cold, and the movie would frequently cut out and become static. The picture quality was poor throughout the showing. In addition, the theater was dirty, we found flies inside, and the seats were old, torn, and in need of repair. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

As a Latina, I’ve always loved coming to Maya Cinema. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 15 years old, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Manager Gina made what should have been a simple visit turn into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I waited about 20 minutes just to redeem a voucher that was given to me due to a previous rough situation with Maya Cinema. During that time, she chose to assist guests who arrived after us, and even provided them with free food. When she finally helped us, she didn’t even look at me. She simply said, “Come here, give me that,” in a very rude tone. When I politely asked why she assisted the other guests before us, she responded by saying she was busy and the only manager, and essentially told us “too bad.” The situation escalated when she then asked us to leave and threatened to call the police. I left the theater in tears. As someone who has supported Maya Cinema for years, this was incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously so no one else has to go through a similar experience.
