So came here to bring someone for the first time because I knew they would enjoy the food and drink delivery to your seat but boy was wrong. We did get there early so we decided to go to the bar and get a drink first sit and wait until about 15 minutes before showtime. Movie Showtime was at 6:30 plus previews and the whole time everybody was wondering where the waiter is to get our food order. More than half of the seats were full on someone went down to ask if they were gonna take an order and he came back to say they were gonna send the waiter up. There was one waiter for the whole theatre . so if you were before everybody, but you were sitting at the top back row, you were one of the last people to get their order taken .waiter did come more than halfway through the previews by the time the last preview showed the waiter was been taking orders. OK cool, but no. over an hour. It took for us to get our food and drinks. Literally by the time we got our food there was about 20 minutes left of the movie. Some people got their food 10min before the movie ended . so the whole idea is great, but the actual output is not the greatest. Also, the girl with the long fake red ponytail was super rude and delivering our food she just threw our food down on the table, not asking, asked if this was our correct order or not if we needed any utensils or napkins bro g that it’s dark . She just dropped the food down and left. But when our other two items came, the other male waiter was super friendly and nice and attentive asked if we need a napkins or utensils and to make sure that the order was delivered to the correct seat. That fake long red hair ponytail girl needs some training or needs a new job that she’s more happy with. My friend I did bring was not happy with the customer service or the experience and does not plan on being back and I totally agree. Better off by going to Santa Fe. Tickets were already Way over priced here for below average service .

Regal Cinebarre at Palace Station has become my favorite place to catch a movie. I end up here at least once a month, sometimes more if there’s something good playing. The theater is located on the second floor, where you’ll find a check-in area along with a bar and lounge space. You can grab drinks or order from their food menu to enjoy before the movie—or have it brought right to your seat. There’s even a small outdoor terrace area if you want to step outside for a bit (no ocean views, but still a nice feature). Once seated, staff come by to take your order, and everything is delivered directly to you during the movie. My go-to item is the Cheetos popcorn—it’s easily my favorite. I’ve also tried the wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, and a burger, and everything has been consistently good. The recliner seats are roomy, comfortable, and always clean. I usually choose matinee showtimes since they’re quieter and more relaxed, with plenty of open seating. Customer service has always been friendly, and I’ve never had a negative experience here. I also recommend using the Regal app—it makes ticketing easy and lets you skip the counter and scan in at the host stand. With free and plentiful parking at Palace Station, this theater is a convenient and comfortable option. Definitely a great place to enjoy a movie with food, drinks, and a laid-back vibe.

I visited Cinebarre at Palace Station again today and wanted to leave honest feedback. First, I want to acknowledge that the service was noticeably better than my last visit. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and attentive, and overall the customer service experience improved. Unfortunately, there was one major issue that overshadowed the visit. Upon entering the bar and dining area, there was a faint odor that initially smelled like a dirty mop or standing water. As we sat longer, the smell became increasingly stronger to the point that guests were moving away from the area. After eating and returning from our movie, the odor was significantly worse. When we asked an employee what the smell was, we were told it was related to the sewage lines. If that is the case, this is something management should be proactively addressing and communicating to guests rather than leaving employees to explain. This isn’t a discount theater experience—Cinebarre is marketed as a premium movie and dining destination. A strong sewage odor coming from the area where food is being served is not something customers should have to tolerate. I want to be clear that my concern is not with the staff members who helped us. The service was good. My concern is with how the issue was handled. When multiple guests are visibly uncomfortable because of a smell coming from the dining area, management should be taking ownership of the situation, communicating with customers, and finding solutions. I enjoy coming here and have had many positive experiences in the past, which is why I hope this issue receives immediate attention.

Regal Cinebarre Palace Station offers a top-tier movie-watching experience with plush reclining chairs, great sound quality, and plenty of legroom. The stadium seating and tray tables add a luxurious touch, and having food and drinks ordered and served right to your chair is a major win—convenient and surprisingly efficient. One thing to note: there’s a fair amount of movement during the film, with staff delivering food and patrons chatting a bit more freely than in a traditional theater. It’s not necessarily a negative—it gives the place a laid-back, social vibe—but if you’re looking for total silence and minimal distractions, it’s something to be aware of. All in all, it’s a fun, comfortable spot for a casual movie night with perks you won’t get at a standard theater.

The staff are awesome and hard working! The food is what I rated 2 stars! I ordered food and paid a lot and it was all nasty! If you’re going to charge those prices, you should be prepared to deliver food worthy of what we are paying for! I was very disappointed and you have to go get refills down the hall! Wouldn’t do it again! Everyone in my party (6) was not impressed! The reclining seats- they were the hit!
