Beautifully restored space, convenient location - easy walk from the light rail, and great programming. The staff is friendly and efficient, including the concessions. Seating is comfortable and the acoustics have been fine at every performance we've attended.

The newly renovated Carolina Theatre was spectacular on every level. Exceptionally organized, beautifully designed, and staffed by genuinely kind and helpful employees. The acoustics were excellent, the seats were wide and comfortable, and there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house. Bonus points for cocktails and snack service—because culture is better with a drink in hand. They also did a great job communicating logistics, offering discounted parking for $10 at the Fifth Third Bank garage just a half block away. Smooth arrival, zero stress. Before the Christmas concert, we stopped at Sophia’s Lounge, conveniently located a block from the theatre. Fantastic cocktails, great appetizers, and top-tier service. If you enjoy being properly taken care of, Sophia’s is an easy recommendation. Bottom line: Carolina Theatre plus Sophia’s makes for a polished, memorable night out.

Recently opened renovated facility on 4 levels holding about 1k patrons. Went first time to see Brian Culbertson jazz keyboardist. Nicely decorated facilty, outstanding sound and light systems with an attractive Atrium. Good security with very helpful staff. Plan lots of time when attending for the ticket scanning, and parking validation systems were malfunctioning. Facilty has a small inadequate IMO 10 person elevator for my mobility limitations . Facility requires walking up and down stairs. Restrooms limited to upper and lower levels requiring stairs and elevators. First floor has a small relaxing snack and drink lounge. Food and snacks can be taken to your seat. Recently opened they are experiencing some growing pains so be patient. Next time I plan to stay overnight at the Dunhill hotel across the street.

Beautiful theater with an amazing sound system. Staff and concessions were top notch! We saw a movie that was a part of there $5 movie series, and it was so much fun!!!

This theater was beautifully remodeled. The staff from the front door to the seats are very pleasant and accommodating. They validate $ parking if you park in the correct garage across the street. Oh!! You can buy tickets for future events with lesser fees than online! 😉 I love the way the walls animated around the front of the stage when the movie starts. The audio is excellent snd the seats comfy. ✨️✨️
