What really happened to this theater. As soon as I walked in and noticed that the soda machine and butter dispenser was filthy. I decided on not purchasing drinks and snacks. But the part that was disturbing was the theater ceiling tiles were falling apart. The seats were torn and still had trash all over the isles. Highly disappointed how this place fell apart.

I had a horrible experience Friday, 02/27. I came to the move back in November and really enjoyed my experience. This go around, I told my friend let’s go to this movie that served food + had a bar. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide any! Drove 21 minutes to experience sub-par experience. The employees lacked enthusiasm, or energy. I asked about the bar and was left “dumbfounded.” I asked about the food, and was “flabbergasted.” Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend — not because they didn’t offer food, or beverages (although it’s advertised), but because of the dismissive, nonchalant attitudes at the concessions. Wish others a better experience than ours.

Have been to this theater several times now. They dont seem to have the bells and whistles (imax or dolby cinema) but the seats have been clean and comfortable. I live closer to a Regal but their recliner seats are ripped and old.

I went to see Obsession earlier this evening and while I was in line at the consession stand I witnessed a woman loudly berating a young man who was clearly overwhelmed with a ton of food orders. When the manager came over he explained to the woman that the fryers were backed up he then left and the woman CONTINUED harrassing the young man while ABSOLUTELY nothing was done. It's sad that her behavior was allowed and that management didn't react appropriately. While the theater was nice overall and I enjoyed my movie, witnessing that womans behavior tarnished my evening.

Picture and sound quality in the theater were decent. The seats and floors were clean. However, my seat could only be reclined fully flat or not at all. There was no one checking tickets and no signs outside each theater were on to confirm you were going to the right one. This also led to multiple arguments in rows below us over seats. Finally the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned all d at and the stalls were so small I had to straddle the toilet to be able to open the door without it hitting my legs. Staff was very pleasant but just didn't seem like they were doing all of the daily tasks.
