This cinema really needs remodeling. The entire experience was very disappointing. The cups looked dirty, our food plate had a bad smell, and the theater seats felt unclean. The tables didn’t appear to be wiped down either. The bartender didn’t seem to know how to make the drinks, and they tasted terrible. I took my dad here for a nice Father’s Day meal, and we left extremely disappointed. This place used to be much better. I also don’t like that you now have to order your food at the front instead of from your seat like they used to offer. It takes away from the experience and feels much less organized. Our food took a very long time to come out, and the staff seemed disorganized throughout our visit. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and food quality have gone downhill. I really hope management addresses these issues because this theater used to be one of our favorite places to visit.

Do not waste your time or money here!!!!! This theater tries to market itself as “luxury,” but the reality is the opposite. The lobby felt understaffed and confusing, the barstools and seats were visibly worn, and the entire place smelled unpleasant. The seats looked so run-down that it was uncomfortable to sit in them. Tickets are wildly overpriced for the quality of the experience. Even the popcorn was terrible.. cold, stale, and clearly sitting out for long periods instead of being freshly made. I came here for an anniversary date expecting something special and left disappointed and grossed out. Based on my experience (and similar comments in other reviews), this theater needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Went here the other night and was shocked to see the seats were all in disrepair. Torn, ripped and peeling on ALL the seats, including the ones in the bar. Once we found our seats in the theater we immediately ordered. My plate arrived within mins while my husband's plates arrived over an hour later. It was evident that this was an occuring problem during the entire movie. After the movie, people lined up for refunds. Apparently, many guest did not receive their meals or their food arrived too late. On top of that, we were charged an automatic 19.5 percent tip on our bill. If you are going to charge that much for the service than the service should represent that percentage. The one thing I did enjoy was that the seats are large and can recline. However, I can not recommend this place with the poor service and the condition of the seats. I would also like to mention that one of the employees there, Nin, was extremely helpful at the end and very professional.

Was an ok experience, no phone signal, and they dont give you the guest wifi password despite the networking being up. Weird. There's also approximately 3 gratuity fees you'll be paying if you're not careful. The servers need to tell you about this firsthand but they won't in hopes you wont notice and pay an additional $60 in gratuity alone. The manager did refund this back, due to now being informed about it. The server never handed us the itemized receipt and only gave us the merchant receipt in hopes we wouldn't catch it. Shady tactics beware and go over your charges if you go!

This was our first time experiencing this place. The concept seems great, and we had high hopes for a new place to watch movies with the family. Unfortunately, it did not impress. The place seemed understaffed, but associates seemed friendly enough. The floors around the main bar were sticky. Our seats were so visibley worn that large chunks of leather were missing. Ten minutes after our show time was supposed to begin there was still nothing on the screen. I had to find an employee and ask them to start the film. The actually movie didn't even begin until exactly 1 hour after our show time was listed. The picture was good, sound was okay. We did not try any of the food so I can't speak on that. We probably won't be back. Hope others have a better experience.
