I had a birthday event for my fiancé and we booked a Video game system service. The manager was fantastic; so professional, super helpful, and sweet and made my event completely stress-free. The customer service was excellent as well! This was my first time at this movie theater, and it didn’t disappoint. I sadly forgot the manager’s name, and I’m not sure if he was the lead manager, but I would totally recommend him if you want an event to run smoothly.

I’ve always liked your popcorn, but lately something seems off. The last few times I’ve ordered it, the bucket has been filled with a lot of tiny crumbled pieces instead of fresh whole popcorn. It honestly feels more like the bottom of the bin than a fresh batch. Did something change with the popcorn supplier, popping process, or how it’s being served? I’m asking because movie theater popcorn is basically part of the whole experience — and lately the quality just hasn’t matched what it used to be. Hoping this is just a temporary issue because I’d really like to see it go back to the fresh, fluffy popcorn you used to serve.

I do not normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people about this. I saw Hokum at Regal Cary last night, which is a quiet and tense horror movie. The staff was nice, the food was good, the seats were comfortable. But once the movie got started, there was a problem. The sound from the movie playing in the next theater was bleeding into our theater, and not only a little. It was so loud that I could tell exactly what movie it was... A Star Is Born, which has multiple incredibly loud music sequences. Imagine you're trying to get into the atmosphere of a horror movie, waiting for a jumpscare, and the whole time you're hearing Lady Gaga belt "I'M OFF THE DEEP END, WATCH AS I DIVE IN!", blaring through the walls so intensely that you can make out every word. It really made me appreciate the soundproofing of every single other theater I've ever been to in my life. I will never risk having another movie-going experience tainted like this, and will not be returning to Regal Cary.

Watched my first iMax here with my kids last weekend and it was a blast! They were impressed with the screen size, quality, and impact of the sound system and effect. Thanks Regal for maintaining this one pretty well and offering diverse viewing options! Popcorn was good too— a classic!

I recently attending the one day only showing of Gale: Yellow Brick Road and it was a great experience! The concessions were priced high (which is the norm for movie theaters) but the service at the counter was great. I had no trouble finding my theater or seat but next time, I'll select a row further back. A feature worth mentioning is that the restrooms are accessible from the theater hallway so you don't have to go all the way back out into the lobby - saving time while the movie is playing. Will definitely be back for more movies!
