This is a very dated movie theater but most Regal locations are. However, it’s not the worst. I brought my mother who is 71 to an advanced free screening event for Now You See Me Now You Don’t. I was grateful to attend. My mother ambulates with a rollator. We were fortunate to score convenient lower level parking near the elevator. It was a busy day with a fall festival happening at the shopping center. The elevator brought us right up to the theater entrance. Staff greeted me kindly and we got in line for the advanced screening seating. It’s always first come first serve, so we made sure to arrive a hour ahead of the screening. There were a lot of security and event staff. Everything was well organized. They even had an actual illusionist perform before the screening! I was happy to attend an early morning matinee with my mother. The reclining seats have aged and do require replacement. The metal is rusty and whenever you recline the seats are very loud. Despite this, seating was comfortable and the theater was spacious. The restroom was nice and clean. Kudos to the staff. If you don’t like concession snacks, BBQ Lab, Ben and Jerry’s, Five Guys and Chick FilA are located outside of the theater. Grab a bite before or after the show. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area.

Today I went to see Toy Story 5 at your theater, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning in Auditorium 8 was not working, and the heat inside the room was unbearable. It was very difficult to enjoy the movie because of how hot it was. I hope this issue can be addressed so that other customers can have a better experience.

It’s better than the Brier Creek location, however movies PREVIEWS start 15 mins after posted movie times. Movies start 30 mins after showtime and many previews do not align with the rating of the movie you are seeing. Poor form. Staff is nice and kind! The seats need refurbishing and sound needs upgrades for the prices they are charging.

I enjoy coming to this movie theater often, but today I had an experience that no mother needs to undergo. I was taking my underage children to the women’s restroom, and I was astonished to find none biological females in the restroom while my children were present. A mother should be able to feel safe taking her children to the restroom and not worry about these encounters.

Clean, comfortable theatre with large screens in the mall. Ridiculously expensive snacks and drinks but I guess that's to be expected now. But it's kind of contributing to killing the movie theater business. I had prepared for a terrible number of commercials and previews, but it was less than I expected. I really don't mind previews and there were a fair number of them given the upcoming summer season. And as noted less ads than I've encountered at other places. I've started arriving 20 min after the stated start times to avoid most of these but my friends got us there early so I had to sit through everything this time. Kind of sad that I'm focusing so much on this during a movie theatre review but it's one of the main things that's been keeping me away. This one isn't too bad and so I'd recommend it for those movies you really want to experience on the big screen.
