I had been going to another movie theater but my family thought we'd try Regal White Oak. We already had our tickets upon arrival but once inside the line for refreshments was very long. I will be mindful to use the app next time to order ahead. However the line moved relatively fast. Regardless I was not in the best mood when I got to place my order since I was missing the Previews and my family was already seated. When I got up to order, Jaylen (spelling?) was as nice as he could be. He helped me get the best bang for my buck, and when we realized I couldn't carry all the popcorn, (very) large drinks and candy he didn't hesitate to offer to help me carry my order to the theater. And when I realized I forgot straws, he was even willing to bring straws back to me (I met him half way). Jaylen turned my attitude around and made my visit to Regal White Oak a great experience. The theater was clean and the snacks were good. We will return and I hope to see Jaylen again!

Updating my review after receiving my refund. My 17-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter were denied entry to see Toy Story 5 at Regal White Oak because of their “Adult Accompaniment Policy” after 4 PM on weekends. While I appreciate Richard J for being professional, apologetic, and understanding while processing the refund, the policy itself is inconsistent and unreasonable. Regal charges “adult” pricing for anyone 12 and older, yet says a 17-year-old cannot accompany their younger sibling to a PG-rated children’s movie. Even more confusing, minors of similar ages are employed there and allowed on-site during those same restricted hours. What makes it worse is Regal kept $4.30 in booking/convenience fees after denying entry because of their own policy. This was not a voluntary cancellation — we showed up in good faith, were turned away, and still lost money. If this policy exists, it should be made much clearer BEFORE checkout so families are not misled into purchasing tickets they cannot use. This feels less about safety and more about selectively restricting teens while still profiting from them. Response to OWNER: Thank you for responding. I appreciate Richard J’s professionalism and the partial refund, but my concern remains with both the policy and the retained booking fees. My family did not voluntarily cancel. Beyond the inconvenience and financial loss, there was also emotional disappointment. My children were excited, prepared, and looking forward to this experience, only to be turned away at the door. That kind of letdown matters, especially for kids. My concern is not simply the refund—it is the inconsistency of charging adult pricing at age 12, not allowing a 17-year-old to accompany a younger sibling, and still retaining fees after denying entry. I hope Regal reviews both this policy and how situations like this are handled for families moving forward.

This theater is the closest to where I live. I have seen a fair number of movies here, and it's been great every time. The staff are friendly and helpful and the theater has always been clean. I am very glad that they set up a single queue system so you don't have to choose which line to stand in for concessions, I haven't had to wait very long for concessions since that change. All in all, a great place to see movies!

Couple of good things. Some of the employees were nice and they didn't mind me bringing water into the theater, but they don't have Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb anymore. However, some of the employees literally walked away from the counter as we approached. The worst thing I have to say is that the physical seats are so so bad. They would squeak and creak every miniscule move I made, so bad that I was self conscious to adjust my positioning, and by the end of the movie my butt was practically numb.

The seats aren't leather, and they don't recline. I paid $90 for concession and the food was below average, even for theater food standards. The staff is very rude and unwelcoming. All around bad experience👎🏾 You're better off going to any other movie theater location
