Gorgeous renovation. I love the new seats. The line wasn’t long at all but pricier than I remember. I love the slushie machines not behind the counter. It makes for easy refills. Parking isn’t an issue and it’s not too crowded. Employees were nice and helpful but the popcorn wasn’t hot. The location is pretty quiet and easy to get to. They don’t seem to use the outside ticket desk.

Movie was great, service was great from the concession. My issue is there was no person scanning tickets, when we approached the booth it was empty, no one in sight. (If I go back, I only remember seeing 2 employees and they were working concessions.)So we proceeded to the theatre on the tickets. Got there and an entire family of 5 was in our seats and the theatre was packed. Mind you I bought the ticket late in the night before and no seats had been purchased when I made mine according to the seating chart online. I had my young child with me so I looked for 2 available seats because I’m not trying to argue with people who have entitlement issues in front of my kid. Sat down got on the amc site and viewd the available seats on the site. Yall, it was packed but there were only 10 seats purchased, including ours! How is it fair for us to pay but these people can just waltz in and not pay a dime and feel entitled enough to sit wherever they want? I question if they paid for any concessions. I’m beyond annoyed. Aside from that I did my best to make sure my little man had a blast and he did, he was so happy the entire time. But I’m never going back to this place, I’m not about that ratchet life. It’s a shame really.

Workers were nice enough but the bathrooms were really gross. Chairs in the theater themselves were gross as well. It's obvious they weren't cleaned. I would of gave it a one star if not for the nice staff. I would stick with another theater in the area. Worth the extra drive for something else.

Went in to see a movie around 9,9:30 Not bad just seems like they hired a bunch of teenage guys to work a night shift that don’t know how to communicate. They can talk amongst each other but when it comes to customer service they act like they don’t know what they’re doing or just can’t communicate properly. I shouldn’t have to be stared at in silence by people that act like they don’t have a mouth to talk. Communication is key and it lacked In this theater.

I came to this location a few weeks ago and the experience was so bad that I'm driving further tonight just to go to another theater. My impression of this location was that rough. Staff wasn't friendly, and barely bothered to engage with us. The popcorn was cold and butter machines were barely working. No one checked our tickets as we went into the theater either. I know it's first world problems, but if I'm going to spend $15 on popcorn and pay $15 for a movie ticket, I'd at least hope the food wasn't cold / old and the staff could pretend to be nice 🥲 not to mention that I felt sick during the movie and asked for some water. Instead they offered me a ticket refund. And I was like?? I feel like I might pass out I just want some water please!!! 😭 then I sat on the floor trying to stay conscious and no one on staff bothered checking on me (despite at least 3 staff members hearing me say I felt like I was going to pass out) ** and the tickets we bought the day before were a joke, because there was a family sitting in our reserved seats. We had to scavenge the theater for a place to sit because they wouldn't move :/
