It had been years since I was in this theater and it probably will be again. Not because anything worth noting was wrong, it is just that nothing stands out as more than average either. Popcorn was warm. Customer service was meh, overall it was an average experience. Edited to add additional comments to the owner- it's all in my comment. Up the customer service - I walked to the first worker at the popcorn counter and asked for a popcorn and small diet", that's all. She made me walk to the register to order...she asked me, "what can I get you again and asked for a small diet and a popcorn and handed her the coupon for a small drink and popcorn. I turned around and asked my husband why I had to walk down to the register to tell her same thing I just told her and she asked me what kind of drink I wanted...by now I was choking because it the fumes in that vicinity from the popcorn machines. I told her a diet and told my husband that the popcorn fumes were choking me up. The other two workers watching and zero customers in line. She gave me my popcorn after I told her no butter and my drink. Now after thinking about it - I'd tell you it's not worth my time calling for some freebies to try you again, because the culture needs adjusted. Not one of the 3 offered me to move away from the popcorn haze and not one offered to help her or allow me to move to where I wasn't getting choked up. In a world full of options, I choose to spend my time and money where I am valued as a customer- too many cinemas around Columbus get it right consistently!!

Checked out Zootopia 2 today with the little one. She enjoyed it and laughed so hard. I am glad she liked the movie. We also bought her a Zootopia cup, popcorn, M&Ms, and played games. Today was a good day.

Great theatre- very comfy seats that recline and offer plenty of leg room. Concession items are always yummy. Ordering in the app so it’s ready when we arrive is so nice. Parking has never been a challenge. They keep things clean, well stocked and it never feels overcrowded. This is our favorite theatre, well worth the 40 minute drive.

Food was ok. Pre ordering it on the app had it sitting in a bag before we got there, so cold popcorn and melted ice. The accessibility options were not good. Doors did not want to open, the bathroom and doors to the theater were so narrow my wifes wheelchair almost did not fit.
