Crosswoods is a good movie theater with clean facilities, comfy reclining seating, and really cool theaters. BE AWARE the concessions are extremely pricey. We enjoy the restaurant a lot but if it’s not open I don’t think the concessions are worth the price.

This movie theater is always consistent: cleanliness, food, and service. Using the app to purchase tickets is easy, or you can purchase tickets at the door. They have recently got new seats (reclining). The prices for concession items are average. They do have combo meals that you save a dollar or two. They do have a full bar and hot food. The parking lot is large and has dedicated handicapped spots. The theater is hidden, so use your GPS. Update with Screen X. First movie in this theater. It was very interesting. I thought it might be distracting or to much to take in. The side viewing only came on in parts that were to be immersive within the movie. It enhanced the action. I wouldn't see every movie in this format. Possibly action movies or could be good for an animation. 5/18/2026 a few of the theaters have new carpet. You could smell the newness.

Really nice place clean and lots of options! This is gonna be our permanent movie theater since we just moved down the street! Comfortable chairs and friendly staff! Smelled nice too🙂

2 adults 2 children $64 2 LG popcorn 2 sodas and a water $43. It's been a while since we've all been out so I was shocked by the prices! Virtually zero wait time especially because we purchased tickets online. It was super clean, fast and friendly staff. The electric recliners were really nice! I remember theaters being cheap and cold... this experience was warm, expensive and overall pleasant.

Along with a lot of other people, we don't tend to go to movie theaters very often anymore, but we decided to go see "Project Hail Mary" ( absolutely excellent movie if you haven't seen it by the way) My first impression is actually the same one that I can always remember having. There's a sign that if you paid your tickets online that you could go directly to the ticket-taker. However, there was no ticket taker. The group in front of me was taking a little bit of time, but another employee came up and opened up the second register and let us get our tickets. That way. The ticket taker didn't show up until we had actually walked up to the concession stand, though I did walk back so that she could tear our ticket stubs. There was a decent wait for concessions but then there usually is. But the location was fairly clean and I believe they handled us well at the concession and the the cashier/popcorn person was doing a good job! The drink machines were a little wonky as one had a waterfall of liquid coming down out of it. We got our drinks and let someone know about the soda machines and then headed to our theater. The theater was clean. I didn't have a complaint of any mess anywhere. The seats worked which I know a lot of people have problems with sometimes at theaters. However, they never turn down the theater lights when the movie started. I'm pretty sure we got at least 10 to 15 minutes into the movie before I saw someone get up and walk out of the theater. A few moments after they sat down the lights went off. Seems like there shouldn't be a lot necessary to get perfectly right at a movie theater, but turning the lights down is definitely one of them! Lol So we had a perfectly good experience other than the house lights.
