Comfortable seats and the service was fine. Both servers were friendly and attentive. However, at times it felt quite warm for a movie theater, which affected the overall experience. Also, the popcorn did not seem freshly made. The kernels were very small and it felt like they were from the bottom of the batch. They should pay closer attention to these details, especially the quality of the food and the temperature inside the theater, since they are an important part of the customer experience.

We come here about 2 times a month and overall, we usually have a decent time. The place is understaffed. They are super friendly though and it's great to get to actually get a waiter and service not having to use your phone. The food is pretty good and quality has been mostly consistent over the last couple years we have been cpming here. They have definitely helped us out whenever something did go sideways which is always really appreciated!

The seats were gross. Absolutely run down, open, exposed, cracked. Just gross. I paid money to sit in the seat pictured below. How is this acceptable? Walk into any restaurant and would to see this? This is coming from someone who worked in the service industry in many states, many restaurants and bars for many years. My food tasted like it was from a bad drive through. The meat patties look exactly like they came from a freezer bag with a hint of grey. All of the fries were limp and cold. I don’t understand how this is possible when the entire theater was full of people ordering food. Tonight cost us 150+ dollars and it was probably one of the worst movie experiences I’ve ever had. Service was good and our server was friendly but that’s all I’ve got. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s insane we paid 150+ for tonight but the food and environment was just unacceptable. I just can’t believe anyone would call this luxurious?

I love my experience at Moviehouse & Eatery. I still enjoy getting out of the house and going to the theatres when I can. And this place does not disappoint! First, the seats are beyond comfortable. Secondly, the service is amazing. They also deliver food and drinks directly to your seat. The bar is fully stocked with plenty of options. The food menu is robust. It’s always a great experience when I am there!

Horrible experience overall, will never, ever go back. Theater itself was dirty, the headrests on the chairs were cracked and looked gross and the little tables still had crumbs on them (which should have been our first sign to leave). Order placed before the movie started and it took about half an hour to get soda, popcorn, and a quesadilla. When the popcorn arrived it was cold and stale. The most horrifying and disgusting part was we pulled a rag from the bottom of the bowl. We spoke to the Service Manager who clearly didn’t know what to do, but he was apologetic and we left with a full refund.
