Watched Project Hail Mary on the IMAX screen, was pretty good. Sound is a 7 out of 10, could be a bit better. Concession was decent but Twizzlers instead of Red Vines is inexcusable. Overall, not bad!

This was our first time coming to this Regal in Austin. We came to experience the 4D for the new Mario movie and it was amazing. I was not expecting it to go how it did. The effects felt so real and made the movie even more exciting. 10 out of 10, I recommend. Purchase your tickets ahead of time if you are ever going to the movies. So you dont have to wait in line. Since we went early in the moring we didnt have to wait.

We recently visited the Regal Theater near the Arboretum and were honestly really impressed. The whole place looks and feels brand new—you can literally smell the new carpet as soon as you walk in. The seating was super comfortable, and one thing I really appreciated was the lighting. They don’t make it completely dark until all the trailers are finished, which is a lifesaver if you’re running a little behind and don’t want to trip over other moviegoers trying to find your seat. The sound quality was great and added to the overall experience. Concessions were fine, though I do wish there were more hot food options, especially for morning showtimes. We went early and popcorn was pretty much the only choice. Popcorn was about $9, and tickets ran $11–$12, which felt reasonable. We bought our tickets at the theater to avoid the extra online convenience fee. Overall, it was a really nice movie experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Been going here for over a year now. I go nearly every weekend. Almost no complaints. The staff is always fantastic. The new renovations are great. The only complaints: 1. Regal needs to find a more efficient way to serve customers in the concession line. (Not specific to this location). 2. The IMAX screen at this location has a dent in the screen that is very noticeable. I dont know why that wasnt repaired during the renovations.

Pros: upscale theater, great seats, spacious, very clean. Cons: staff were rushing customers, some of them were rude, no popcorn section where you can put your own popcorn powder on like Celebration Cinemas, and we went to see scream 7 and the souvenir buckets and cups were advertised everywhere and they didnt have any? The movie JUST came out on Thursday! Oh and the movie time was 7 30 but by the time the ads ended it was 8 10!!! 10 mins of ads is fine but that is ridiculous. I say this with kindness and as a marketing professional in hopes that can improve :) Overall, I'd probably go back for matinee maybe. But more than likely, we'll find another theater for our monthly date nights until they level up.
