Been going here since they opened. I've stayed loyal and yet they do nothing for their costumers when people talk through an entire movie. I have bad anxiety so when people talk during the movie I tense up and my shoulders hurt. My heart rate goes up too. I asked them the 1st time to be considerate and not talk with a please and ty but they laughed. One employee said something but when he left, they kept talking. At the end the employees came at like I was the bad guy with an attitude escalating the situation. They did nothing the whole time to solve this and now I can't go back. Unreal. They do not care about you. Words are just corporate gibberish. I have been nothing but nice to them and spent thousands of dollars there like many people. There's one person there that always has an attitude and you can tell they hate their job but I've always kept my mouth shut being respectful. The headphones don't drown out people talking. There are a few good employees there but most just put on a fake happy face and turn on ya in an instant. Do your job. Sad, disgusting and disappointing. They also wanted to slince my freedom of speech. No one can get upset and curse to themselves but yet the people who broke your rules get away with it. They should have delt with the people who talked the entire movie, not the ones who politely asked them to not talk. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will pray for them but they are just as bad as the people who talked. Have a blessed day

It's a basic movie theater, BUT I'm sitting here watching Scream 7 with my water and medium popcorn and less than half way through I want something sweet (11:57pm). I got to buy candy and am told they are closed. OH! Am I nuisance to your cleaning up? Maybe I'm wrong? If I want to buy stuff during the movie, I shouldn't attend the last showing here (my favorite time to go).

I am giving a 5* review for employee # 1274 ERIC H for giving me a good customer service experience. He talked clear enough to take everything i am craving for last 5/30/2026. He’s respectful, cheerful and fun to talk with while waiting my order. 😊

Its June 20th 2016 Toy Story 5 was released June 19 2026 so how can you be put of the Toy Story 5 popcorn bucket? Disappointing.. They have done upgrades to the theater seating to the reclining seats with trays which is nice. They also, seem to be in the process of updating the front snack bar.

Looked directly where they serve your popcorn and drinks , kept messing up the order so k was paying more then what I should , the audio of the theater was really low .
