Top notch service!!! I went to see a special screening of an indie film and there was a technical issue with the online menu for food and drinks. The management sent a full staff of employees down to the theater with menus to take orders manually. For the entire theater! They were professional, quiet, and discreet throughout the film and provided top-notch service, old school style! I was so impressed with the way the theater handled the technical issue. You can’t find service like that hardly anywhere these days. Best service I’ve experienced in years!!!

As Season Pass holders, we love this location and come here pretty regularly, but there are two things we think could make the experience even better. The biggest one is the seat trays/tables. The Las Colinas location and a few others have the newer trays that extend toward you, and they're so much more convenient. You don't have to awkwardly lean forward to eat, and it makes getting in and out of your seat a lot easier without worrying about knocking over your drink or spilling your food. The other thing is more of a suggestion to the ADC team: lumbar support pillows. The seats are great overall, but after sitting through a longer movie, we definitely start to feel it. We're in our mid-30s and in pretty decent health, yet by the halfway point of a movie our legs or arms are sometimes falling asleep from the seating position. A little extra lower back support would go a long way and make those longer films much more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoy this theater and prefer coming to this location. These are just a couple of small suggestions that we think would make an already great experience even better, especially for those of us who are here often.

I’ve always loved Alamo Drafthouse because it used to feel like such a unique movie experience. But lately it feels like the prices have climbed way past what the experience justifies. Between tickets, food, drinks, and fees, a casual movie night can easily turn into a $100+ outing for a pretty greasy, mediocre meal. The menu also feels way more limited than it used to. The biggest heartbreak for me was the chips and queso. The queso is different now and just not the same. Little things like that really change the experience for longtime customers. And paying around $15 for a very small wine pour just adds to the feeling that everything is becoming overly expensive for what you get. Even the little details that made Alamo feel special are disappearing. The old pen-and-paper ordering system was quirky and unique and part of the charm. Now it feels more like every other theater trying to maximize revenue instead of the one-of-a-kind experience it used to be. I still appreciate the concept and the atmosphere, but I miss when Alamo felt more unique, authentic, and worth the premium. ☹️

I have visited this Alamo location several times without issue, but my experience on 3/1 was unacceptable. I was there with a family group of nine adults and children. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with suspicion and hostility. Even after explaining our seating arrangements which ensured every child was with an adult, management continued to question us. Once seated, we were interrogated a second time about our tickets despite being in the correct seats. When our final two guests arrived delayed by an Uber, they were hassled at the entrance with inappropriate questions about where they were coming from. This created such a hostile environment that we were forced to cancel our food and request a refund. To make matters worse, security followed us outside as we waited for our ride. We were told by security that the staff member was not in a good mood today. A staff member’s mood is no excuse for targeted harassment. This was a waste of money and a huge disappointment for the children.

Great theater with even better customer service. (Thanks Bri!). We went on a weekday afternoon and there was no one at the front, but there is a call button for you to push and the lady came over in less than a minute. Auditoriums were well maintained and just the right size. Seats were comfortable and the sound quality was top notch. Ordering food online was easy and self explanatory. I would definitely return.
