We had the absolute best family time at AMC Village On The Parkway 9! The theater was super clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole environment felt welcoming for a family movie night. The signature reclining seats are an absolute game-changer—so spacious and comfortable that everyone could just kick back and enjoy the show. Picture and sound quality were top-notch too. Plus, the location is perfect with plenty of great spots nearby to grab a bite before or after. We will definitely be making this our go-to theater for family night!

AMC Village On The Parkway 9 absolutely deserves 5 stars! This theater is always clean, comfortable, and well-run. The seats are super spacious and recline perfectly, making every movie feel like a first-class experience. The sound and picture quality are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and efficient, keeping lines moving even on busy nights. I also love the layout of the area—it’s easy to park, grab a bite nearby, and make a full night out of it. Definitely one of the best AMC locations around!

This is my favorite AMC in Dallas. It’s rarely super busy, so it doesn’t take long to check in and get popcorn or other movie snack. Food prices are average, but I think the food fresher as it isn’t so busy at this location. The theater seats all recline and are very comfortable. The screen is large. Parking is available on the surface lot across from the theater, but there is also a parking garage (free) on the side of the theater. Lots of handicap parking on the first floor of the garage. This AMC is in a shopping and dining complex, so the area can get very busy, especially in the weekend evenings. There are fewer screens here, but all the movies are first run currently. It’s a great experience!

04/07/2026 - lowering my rating from four stars down to two. Five people in line for concessions, and one of the two workers is busy fulfilling online orders while the other is busy stocking stuff on the front of the counter. Floor in front of Coke Freestyle machine was extremely wet. And sticky. And clearly always like that. Our screen had light shining from the projection room on it the whole movie, despite bringing it to the attention of someone in management 2 minutes into the movie. And anyone who cares to can look at my seat and see that it needs some sort of repair because it's leaning so heavily into the center. Not sure if I'm coming back to this theater if the commitment to customer service, maintenance, and safety is that low. Pretty good visit to the AMC this time around, including some very fresh popcorn. Couldn't give it five stars because the bathrooms were pretty stinky and the Dolby screen had some very obvious defects that were visible when the screen was largely white.

I enjoyed my Signature drinks like the Spicy pineapple 🍍 margarita and Pop-a-Razzi Punch. They offer both flavor and fun, the “Gin & Juice by Dre & Snoop” will bring a playful pop culture twist. Inside the theater, the presentation is excellent. The screen is large and crystal-clear, with immersive sound that enhances every scene. AMC’s iconic “Silence is Golden” reminder sets a respectful tone, ensuring a distraction-free viewing. Seating is clean and comfortable, with reclining seats, good sightlines throughout the auditorium. The food and beverage ordering system is smooth, with a helpful staff and self-service kiosks for added convenience. You can also pick up your drinks and snacks quickly, even when it’s busy. Overall, AMC offers more than just a movie — it’s a complete night out. Whether you’re catching a blockbuster or enjoying a cocktail at the bar, it’s an experience that blends entertainment and comfort seamlessly. Highly recommended.
