Denise Moye' 2 months agoWhen I say that I JUST called this place less than 60 seconds ago. I expected an automated info service, but it turned out to be a guy who fisrt paused uncomfortably long before saying the name of the place I was calling. I thought I might have copied the wrong number. I explained that I wanted to inquire about the cost of matinee tickets. I wanted to see if it was much more than the deal that T-Mobile was offering it's customers that would end today. He responded that they are $8 as if that's something I probably should have known, but I didn't take it personal until AFTERA I said, Thank you so much," and he slammed the phone down in my ear as if I had just called him at home and troubled him with something so stupid. I recieved no thank you for calling Cinemark. Not even a goodbye. Just a hard slam in my ear. Now I'm looking for another theater to go and see Michael, eventhhough this one is the closest to me, because that was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I can't stand poor customer service. Especially when I haven't even stepped foot in your establishment YET!
Antigua Salmeron 3 months agoStadium seating, and the chairs are ok, but they’re a basic upgrade from old school flip down seats just with better cushion and more room. This theater does not have luxury loungers with reclining. The lobby was pretty dirty for our 11am show time and it takes a few minutes for staff to greet you at the concession counter. The overall experience was OK but not my top choice for a Cinemark location.
Maria Ramos a month agoI’ve been to this movie theater twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The employees who helped us with our food were very rude. They didn’t greet us, barely spoke to us, and handed us our food without even asking if we wanted a receipt. I had already bought our movie tickets online, but when we were about to enter the theater, they asked for IDs and wouldn’t let my 17 year old brother in because he didn’t have one. Since we were no longer able to watch the movie, I asked for a refund for the food I had just purchased. However, they refused because I didn’t have a receipt even though I was never offered one in the first place. Overall, it was a horrible experience with poor customer service, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
SMOKE X a month agoCame here Sunday May 24th and this is my last time ever going to this theater. I don’t know if it’s an employee cycle or what but the employees here are doing something VERY wrong. I’m a former manager at AMC and I see a serious lack of discipline in the team members working here save for a couple of them that actually had the social skills to look you in the eyes and speak CLEARLY. I watched a movie with my nephews Sunday night and the hispanic lady wearing a hat with glasses was on her phone and when we got close enough she just did the gen Z stare and then just looked at only ONE of the tickets whispering “it’s down there”. Are we seriously putting people like this on PODIUM? Is the employee pool here that bleak? We would always check peoples individual tickets no matter what because people would sneak in, all these employees here do is look at the theater number before going right back to their phone scrolling on tiktok. Podium isn’t just giving directions, it’s a safety net to prevent bad actors from getting in. So get somebody on there who actually takes it seriously. Even more horrible was when we went inside the theater itself. We had to movie to inferior seats to ours because every row has a spill from previous screenings and dirty towels in the cupholders, the theater was by no means clean in the slightest. There is always a horrible stench in the hall, go to any other cinemark but this one, Cinemark Grand Prairie and the one in Mansfield are only about 19 minutes away from this one and are much nicer employee wise and in cleanliness.
Belen Rodriguez a month agothey ID based on looks and even after seeing that you're 20, they wont let you watch a PG 13 movie with your 17 year old sibling😂this place is a joke every time I come . the management has to go. There should be a warning on the website about the policy here before allowing people to even buy tickets .
