Valerie charged $18.00 dollars for a nacho and medium icee. I am willing to bet the theater manager, if he or she checks, she pocketed the additional funds. No matter what, its a fact. I let it slide because I dont like conflict but then, I realized how little customers mean and even our exchanges. The time stamp to review should be between 2:16-2:30pm. I used a $20. She stole a valuable memory today from good people because she stole the extra money for herself. This theater as a kid was great! Now!! Its a place I would never ever ever ask anyone to go again. Just my experience. If I am wrong enlighten me with the cash difference. I went to watch Avatar in 70mm IMAX, and the visuals were absolutely stunning. The picture quality and screen size made the movie feel very immersive, and it was truly a great experience. However, the seats were not very comfortable, and there was limited leg space, which made long sitting a bit difficult. Overall, the visuals made up for it, but the seating could definitely be improved.

The movie experience is really great. The sound system is absolutely fantastic. Comfortable seating, large screen. The ambience is apt. Must visit to have a better theatrical experience. Enough spots for parking. Easy to navigate through. Cinemark Staff are very friendly and supportive.

I prefer a different branded movie theater however, Cinemark Dallas XD never disappoints when I do go there. This theater is always sufficiently clean enough, for example, the floors aren't sticky and gross (yes, I notice things like that) and there isn't trash leftover from the previous viewing. The seats are nice and comfortable. The food is what you expect at the movies with prices to match but it is what it is. I will return to Cinemark Dallas XD again.

We regularly visit this theatre for our regular weekend movies. I want mention that, I was at the theatre today and I see some children around 6-7 years for an 18+ movie. I understand that this is the responsibility of parents to take care of their children or to make sure what movies their children are watching but I think the theatre staff could also take some social responsibility in implementing these rules. I may be wrong in understanding too. I'm open for correction if there's any.
