I visited on a Saturday evening. The QR code for the gift card voucher saved on my phone wasn't recognized at the self-service ticketing kiosks, so I ended up purchasing my ticket at the main box office. The area around the concession stand was somewhat chaotic, and the tables hadn't been cleared; however, since these are self-service tables, I attribute this to a lack of consideration on the part of the patrons rather than the staff. Still, it's a bit disappointing. Inside the theater itself, however—with its spacious and clean seating—I was extremely satisfied. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to watch a Korean film, and I hope to see many more Korean movies screened here in the future.

Visited Cinemark in Lewisville multiple times, but the seating arrangement has consistently been disappointing. Every time we visit, we experience issues with the seating, which affects the overall movie experience. The setting does not feel comfortable or well-maintained. I hope the management improves the seating quality and overall arrangement for a better customer experience

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my child and their friends received at this Cinemark location. The group consisted of three 17-year-olds, and while one of them had an ID, the other two did not. I completely understand theater policy regarding R-rated movies and requiring identification — that was never the issue. The issue was the manager’s behavior afterward. After denying them entry to the movie, the kids respectfully went to look for another film they could watch instead. At that point, the manager approached them with a very hostile attitude and loudly said, “Don’t you guys DARE buy those R-rated movie tickets or we’ll kick you out.” The comment was unnecessarily aggressive and embarrassing, especially toward teenagers who were not causing any trouble. From there, the manager continued glaring at and watching the kids throughout their time in the theater, making them feel uncomfortable and singled out. When the refunds were finally handed back, the tickets were practically thrown at them while the manager aggressively said, “Here’s your tickets.” To make matters worse, the manager even followed them out of the theater afterward. As a parent, it’s upsetting to hear that teenagers who were cooperative and respectful were treated with such hostility and suspicion. Policies can absolutely be enforced without intimidation, aggression, or what felt like targeted microaggressions. Young customers deserve to be treated with basic respect too. I hope management seriously addresses how staff members, especially managers, speak to and handle younger guests in the future.

We went to Cinemark Lewisville yesterday to see David as a family. We had an amazing experience. The workers at concession stand were very helpful and kind. They were joyful, happy and had great manners. When we went to the side window for refill we were helped right away then asked if we had been helped by four other workers as we stood and waited while our pop corn was being refilled. We left feeling appreciated as customers and like the good old fashioned customer service / manners were still alive and well. Good job Cinemark Lewisville. Even though we live two minutes from the Denton location you will be out theater home!

My experience at this movie theater was extremely disappointing. I visited on a Wednesday with my girlfriend and purchased a combo meal along with two hot dogs. The popcorn was clearly stale and overly salty, which caused both of us stomach discomfort and indigestion. The customer service was equally disappointing. The cashier displayed a poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction. In addition, when I requested my receipt, I was told that they could not provide it because their system was supposedly not working. I had to speak with a manager before I was finally given proof of my purchase. I have visited many movie theaters over the years, and honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I hope the owners take steps to improve both the quality of the food they serve and the level of customer service they provide. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
