This place never disappoints! Not only are the facilities, very accommodating and spacious, but the friendly staff and overall “vibe” that’s been created inside is spectacular! I have visited the establishment many times, with my work organization, and they’re very hospitable to larger groups and people of all ages!

The movie theater was nice. Very comfortable recliners and I really liked how you ordered the food using a QRcode! Refillable popcorn and soda was really nice too. (My partner thought the popcorn dispenser was really cool!) The staff was friendly (though a bit sparce) and even let us try out a session of the mini bowling! Loved the concept of it, lots of different modes fo try out and you didn’t have to worry about changing shoes! Only thing I would complain about is the “arcade”. Its pretty lack luster as it shares the space near the bowling, so it isn’t given much room. Overall very pleasant experience though! Definitely plan on the movie being the main event and get there early for a couple games of mini bowling! Its a good way to get the wiggles out before sitting down to relax~

Super fun for a girls night at the movies! Staff was friendly, patient and very helpful. I really loved the big comfy chairs in the theater . The food came out just in time during the movie and was really good. My friend had wings and I had the Texas melt! Will definitely be back to explore the arcade and bar area next time as well

First time visit, during the early afternoon on a Friday. Two of the employees were helping another couple, I believe they were trying to purchase tickets. We wasn't acknowledged by the staff. and had to wait on service to purchase snacks and beverages before heading into the theater. One of the beverages machine didn't work, so we had to choose another one, which the drink wasn't all that great but ok. It also took about 30 minutes before it was brought to us. Nearly halfway through the movie we wanted to purchase another beverage, we had to wait another 20 minutes before someone arrived to take our order. By that time the machine was back in service. By the time our beverage was brought to us it was about 30 another minutes left in the movie and the drink was subpar. I give a little grace (4/5 stars). The timing of overall service could have been caused by the number of staff members working that time of day. But with the beverage situation, along with the price, we weren't pleased. Do I recommend Hooky Entertainment Addison, depends on what you are going for. For me I wasn't too pleased and probably will not return. There are other theaters with better service and prices, in my opinion.

Edit: They completely changed everything. No more food delivered to seats, no more food at all. Pressed button for service, waited 15 minutes and had to go to customer service as the movie started asking how to order, found out they had "budget cuts". When I asked the manager she said it was because of Customer Surveys - WHAT? horrible response when your staff says something different. Very poor management. Took 20 minutes for a drink to be made, when you have to stand there and wait it doesn't make it any better. Theaters are very clean and spacious. Get the lounger style seats as they are more private and cozy. Food was good, drinks were good. Its nice being able to order food and drinks from your seat and have it delivered. Played some arcade games after the movie and things were priced well and maintained. I would highly recommend this theater.
