Daniela Ontiveros 7 months agoThis place breaks my heart because the history is amazing and the location has so much potential, but the experience was genuinely awful from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere feels stuck in the 80s/90s, which could be charming if everything else were at least decent, but it isn’t. What stood out immediately was the management. Two supervisors hovered behind the counters and near the ticket area, openly scolding employees and snapping at customers right in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to watch. I’ve never seen leadership behave this way in a business that depends on customer experience. The theater itself was extremely dirty. The same employee who sold us our popcorn was also sprinting into the auditorium right after the movie to clean up after well over a hundred people. It’s obvious they’re severely understaffed and poorly managed. The only real positive is the attached full bar and the option to bring drinks into the movie — but that doesn’t make up for the overall chaos. Also, note: no blankets allowed, which feels odd given how outdated and uncomfortable the seating is. We spent about $150 for this night out, and it simply wasn’t worth it. Allocate that money toward a cleaner, better-managed theater that respects both its staff and its customers. This one needs serious improvement before I’d ever consider returning.
Syty Davis 2 weeks agoThe worst movie experience I ever had. I came a little early to watch the 5:00 pm showing of Toy Story 5 in Theater 1. Got my popcorn and drink and sat down and waited for the movie to start. Waited and Waited and Waited. Everyone in the theater was getting antsy especially the kids. It is 5:40 pm and still no movie. I talked to the front movie staff members along with many other parents who were upset and they informed us the movie advertisements were stuck in a loop which was preventing the movie to start. We were told we could get our money back. However, since I threw my ticket stub away I was not able to get a refund. Who knew!?! HORRIBLE!!!! If you bought your tickets online you were not able to get a refund. HORRIBLE!!! Be careful with this theater. Proceed with caution. It sounded as though the movie staff knew they having this problem in this theater and WERE STILL SELLING TICKETS ANYWAY!!! Proceed at your own risk with this place. It is very old and needs a ton of upgrades. Please do your family a favor and save your kids the heart ache and go to a newer modern theater not built in 1942 which needs to be upgraded considerably.
Felipe Boer 5 months agoThe room was disgustingly messy. Popcorn all over. Marks of soda and food residue over the seats and arm stands. I felt extremely uncomfortable being in a room like this that didn’t even enjoy the movie. Waste of money. The management are lacking respect with the clients by offering such service. Terrible

Lewelen Empié 2 months agoDate of visit 5/1 for the opening of DWP 2 It’s unfortunate the theater has the feel of a frat house. Basically i like there are couches, however, when we entered the theater it’s as if there had been a party the night before and the cushions weren’t where they belonged. Further, several (if not all) the couches are in need of replacement - as you recline your couch back has a good chance it will detach and send you backwards. In true form of a frat house the place could use a good once over with carpet and upholstery cleaning, tho a full redo would be the better investment if you want to continue to draw crowds. Next, When the movie started, i literally had to ask for the lights to be turned off in the theater- like, who’s running the show?! Literally. Lastly, i have no idea if/when it may have been addressed, but I did bring it to the staff’s and manager’s attention that the ladies room was completely (and i mean completely) out of tissue paper and people had resorted to using paper towels and can you imagine how that could possibly go! Lamdmark - do better!
