My family and I came to this movie theater, and there were seven of us. We had an issue during the movie, and when I asked our waiter for help, I was told to go back to the front and handle a seat change myself. I felt like that was a bit inconvenient, especially since we were already settled in. I asked to speak with a manager, and once he arrived, he did a great job helping us resolve the situation. He was professional, understanding, and made sure we were able to keep our seats and enjoy the rest of our movie. Because of his excellent customer service, our experience ended on a positive note. Thank you to the manager for stepping in and making things right.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Moved to Texas from California 2.5 years ago. First time going to a Texas Movie Theater. Honestly, it was great. The staff was super sweet. Daniyal was the person that greeted us and was super attentive. We finished watching our movie and decided to watch a second movie later. The only con I have is that the our first movie was scheduled at start at 1245pm. It did no start until after 1pm. The second movie was to start at 3pm and did not start until 320pm. Im talking about the movie plays. Im talking about from 1245pm & 3pm to 1pm & 320pm it was just a bunch of previews. Then we got the "please shut your off or put them on silent" and then the movie started. The announcement on the tickets (bought online) does that to get there 20 minutes early. So we did but arriving 20 minutes early and then having that 20 minutes late start was just random in my opinion. It felt like they wait until EVERYONE who purchased tickets gets there to start. So maybe announce that the movie starts after everyone arrives. Aside from that. I very much enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back.

love the concept, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. My friend and I ordered the “dinner for two” before the movie even started, which included a shared appetizer, two entrees, and a shared dessert. The appetizer was delivered with only one utensil, making it difficult for both of us to eat. When our meals arrived, we were given very limited napkins. The biggest issue, however, was that our dessert never came. Near the end of the movie, I called to check on it. The first person said they didn’t see our order and never followed up. About 30 minutes later, I called again and received the same response—no update. After a third call roughly 15 minutes later, we were finally told there had been a mix-up in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the entire theater was being served and closing out their tabs before we ever received our dessert. We ordered before the movie began, and there were only about 5–10 minutes left when the churros and ice cream finally arrived with ONE spoon lol. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed, especially given how simple and straightforward the order was and the staff taking orders loudly during the movie was disruptive.

I had such a fantastic experience at Studio Movie Grill! From the moment we sat down, everything was top-notch — great atmosphere, comfortable seating, and delicious food delivered right to our seats. What truly made the night exceptional was our waiter, Jahir. He was absolutely amazing. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, professional, and on top of every detail. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and he checked in at just the right times to make sure we were enjoying everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. Jahir went above and beyond to make our movie night smooth and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service like his is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience at this SMG has always been amazing. One of the key factors to this is Josue an incredible team member at the movie theatre! Every time I visit, he brings a level of energy and professionalism that truly elevates the experience. He’s friendly, attentive, and always goes out of his way to make sure guests feel welcomed. Whether he’s helping with running drinks, taking orders, or answering questions, Josue handles everything with genuine care and a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such outstanding service, and Josue absolutely stands out. The theatre is lucky to have him!
