My nachos had a small portion of chicken and cheese. They didn’t bring my extra cheese with my order initially like I requested. When I called for them to come back it took forever. I the told them about my extra I didn’t get with my order. And then I ordered extra chicken and cheesecake . They finally came the cheese and the cheesecake. The cheese wasn’t mixed properly a big glob fell on my chip out of the bowl like wth. Then about 10 minutes later I noticed I hadn’t got my extra chicken. Pressed the button again because now where my extra chicken. 7 minutes later I finally get the chicken and it’s not cooked thoroughly enough for my for my professional tastebuds. I just found out the manager told her the chicken was cooked all the way. He’s lucky I didn’t know that much before I left the establishment. Dumbest thing in business is to tell the customer that they’re wrong about your cooking skills. Best course of action is just make it right.. people can go anywhere in the world but they chose you. Give them a reason to come back.. Me personally and I mean this in the most respectful way possible. LOOK movie theater is more accurate more hospitable better seat spacing and the seats lean all the way back unlike SMG. Yall lucky I didn’t pay for this because I would’ve got comp wayyy more the the $2-$3 drink yall comp my lady friend for. Just know if I can help it I won’t ever come here. Ever again. I don’t who buy the ticket. I’m not coming. Last PLACE PARTICIPANTS ……….. Period

Last time I went to SMG, there was an issue with our food. We had one severely undercooked chicken tender. Only one! We didn’t even ask for the chicken tenders to be taken off the bill. Instead, they took it off the bill, as well as all of our food. Then gave us vouchers for free food and free tickets for the future. We felt ABSOLUTELY taken care of, it single-handedly guaranteed that this is going to be the first theatre I think of when I want to go see a movie. Thank you, guys, for your incredible hospitality and kindness!

The food and drink was way overpriced. The drink was mostlg ice cubes even when I paid the extra money to have a floater added to it. The buttons weren't working to call for service from your seat. Theater was super small and had fairly bright lighting on the entire film. The redeeming quality is the chairs do recline and are comfortable. The servers also felt bad that the button was not working and told me the bar tender was new. So I know they were doing their best.

Our seats never worked at theatre 6 seats h-6 and h-7 on 6/9/2026. We honestly could have just walked into this place and never paid because physical customer service here is not present but fortunately we did pay as patrons do. We pushes all the buttons up and down our aisle to get some service while seated (maybe 20 mins into the movie) but they never light up. We were so invested in our movie and never had a chance to get up to ask someone for help. Not sure if they turn off certain aisle after a certain time when film starts or if our section was just broken but definitely find another movie location if you are hoping to order food. Also our seats were very uncomfortable and the one I was sitting in (h-6) was covered in some sticky substance at the bottom where your feet rest. I think that would have been the thing that would have gotten me up from my seat to get help but unfortunately didn't realize well towards the end of the movie.

Studio Movie Grill was a great experience. The staff was super helpful and always greeted us when we passed them in the hallways, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming and friendly. The service was attentive, and the dine-in experience made watching a movie even better. I highly recommend Studio Movie Grill if you're looking to enjoy a movie while dining
