First time at this movie theater and my last. Drove an hour to this location so my daughter can attend a birthday celebration. The police officer they have on site is beyond rude and disrespectful. I had to purchase a ticket to accompany my child and some other teens who did not have an i.d (not the issue) . I completely understand. The issue falls with the attitude/ tone and upmost disrespect and age discrimination these young teens had to experience. These kids all attend a STEM magnet school , are in robotics, volunteer and do so much for their school and community. The police officer was joking with a customer in front of me and the teens talking about these " crazy kids" and how " parents just drop off their children and leave them". All while aware we can hear. Then, when I asked the ticket employee if the children needed wrist bands or stickers, the police officer told me, with an attitude, I just needed to stay with them, I told him I planned to and he started to say " other parents do that and they are the first out the door". I told him well im not other parents. I continued to walk with the teens and my child into the movie theater and the police officer was still talking about the situation. I appreciate the rules in place to ensure the safety and overall enjoyment of viewing a movie. I dont appreciate being treated a certain way because of other parents or teens actions. These are good kids and im a good parent. Currently, writing this review from inside the theater, in the back, watching a lame movie, as Im watching these teens.

Nice clean theatre. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Seating is numbered which is kind of great concept. The best part is the seats - good to relax and watch a great movie or fall asleep. Plenty of parking. The parking also has EV charging spots.

Im not a movie goer. My wife and I decided to go to a movie theater for the first time in years. What a surprise to have nice broad aisles and plush electric recliner to enjoy a movie. Sound system wasn't too loud, as I remember some other times in the past.

Everything was going well until the power cut off halfway through the movie. They gave us a rainy day pass though, but it was definitely an inconvenience! I would rather get a refund.

The communication is horrible there. Let's not mention I paid for my son to attend the school in full to get a note the day before the last day to say he had a balance. My son has been asking for his certificate for 2 weeks and was ignored several. The killing part is the lady Wynell that comes once a week is the only person that prepares the certificates. She didn't even bother to check their receipt book that showed my son had a zero balance. So now I have to wait another week to receive my son's certificate than another week or 2 to get his permit and another week for him to take his driving test with the school and more weeks to schhis driving test at the DMV. When all Wynell had to do was take her time and review the receipt book. weeks course turned into 2 months. I wish I could give a negative review
