⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cinemark Spring-Klein and XD was a great experience for our Mother’s Day outing. The theater was clean, well maintained, and the service was great from the moment we arrived. While the seats are not adjustable recliners, they were still comfortable enough to enjoy the movie. I took my mom, my daughter, and my granddaughter to watch The Devil Wears Prada 2, and it turned into a really nice family outing and memory together. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Overall, a great local movie theater if you’re looking for a good place to enjoy a movie with family and friends. This is a smaller theater but it was very clean and the concession area is set up differently from most of the cinemarks we have been too. They add butter to your popcorn in layers, they have sections were you get the items you want to eat, and you get your own drinks. Its almost cafeteria style. They offer and area to get alcohol beverages and a seating area if you are waiting for your movie.

Use to love this theatre but they are getting lazy and slacking. Their popcorn machine has been out since Zootopia 2 and they keep saying they are getting it fixed. This is what kept me coming being that it already had it flaws. Floors are sticky in the theatre and everyone seems pissed that they work there. NO KETTLE CORN AT THIS THEATER! They are lying at this point it’s hasn't been there for months! Doesn’t seem like it coming back, that’s over 4 months.

I booked a private gaming event a few months ago and the event went off without a hitch this weekend! The event coordinator was very responsive when I had questions and the GM helped me set up during the test run and the day of. We all had a wonderful time
