I like Regal Edwards Greenway Plaza much more than other Regal locations in Houston, especially compared to Regal MarqE near I-10 and 610. The biggest difference is the seating—here, the seats fully recline and include footrests, so you can stretch out comfortably. The seats also feel wider and more cushioned than at MarqE. The audio quality is solid, and the overall theater feels modern and well maintained. One downside during my visit was that my seat was very dirty—it looked like someone had spilled a drink on it, and the entire front of the seat was sticky and wet. I had to move to a different seat, but there were very limited options left, so I wasn’t able to sit next to my partner, which was a big inconvenience. Tickets can be a bit pricey, likely because of the location, but Regal’s Tuesday discounts help a lot—you can often get tickets for around $8, especially for matinee showings. Parking is available in the attached garage for $5, which is convenient since there’s very limited street parking in the area. Staff were friendly during my visit, and the theater has multiple screens with a good variety of movies. Overall, this is easily one of the best movie theaters inside the loop, and I’d still recommend it.

Five stars—this spot is a parent's dream for a full day of fun! We had an incredible time seeing the Mario Brothers movie. The theater was spotless, the posters were out for the kids, and the popcorn was fresh and delicious. Beyond the movie, the setup is perfect; my kids loved taking pictures in the little car and playing in the arcade. Having the golf cart place right there makes it so much more than just a cinema. Highly recommend for a stress-free family outing!

There’s $5 parking at this location, but we were lucky enough to walk since a friend lives nearby. Entry was easy, simply scan your tickets at the entrance. This Regal theater appears to have previously been a Marq'E and I’m not entirely sure how much renovation was done beyond the name change. It’s been over a decade since I last visited, so I don’t recall whether the arcade near the entrance is new or has always been there. After scanning our tickets, we headed upstairs to our screening. The auditorium was comfortable, with reclining seats, footrests, and plenty of space. The sound and audio quality were both solid and added to the overall experience. There were a few promotions being advertised for Regal memberships, but we didn’t pay much attention since we don’t go to the movies often. Overall, it’s a convenient location with a comfortable viewing experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Regal Edwards Greenway Grand Palace. As someone who is blind/low vision and visits the theater multiple times a week, this location has truly become one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy movies. What really makes this theater special is the staff and management team. Sonia, Isabelle, and Jose consistently go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of every single visit. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. There are also two other young ladies on the management team whose names I unfortunately don’t know, but they are equally amazing and always willing to assist with a smile. I especially want to recognize the General Manager, Mr. Farshchi, for taking accessibility seriously. When it comes to accommodations for blind and low vision guests, he has truly taken the lead in making sure the audio descriptive devices are working properly or get fixed quickly when issues arise. That level of care and commitment means more than words can express. The theater itself is always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The auditoriums are kept in great condition, which makes the overall experience even better. And the food? Honestly underrated! I’ve tried the pizza, chicken strips with fries, nachos, and of course popcorn every single time I visit, and everything has been consistently fresh and delicious. This theater has created an environment where I feel welcomed, respected, and accommodated, and that keeps me coming back again and again. Huge thank you to the entire team at Regal Edwards Greenway Grand Palace for all that you do!

The experience was abysmal for the nearly $50 I paid for 2 tickets. There were a series of things that went wrong: 1. The start time of the movie was 7:35pm. The actual movie started at 8:05 pm. This means that we watched half an hour of ads. Insane. 2. During all the ads, all of the lights in the theater were ON! In fact, the lights in the theater (I mean all of them, including overhead lights) did not turn off until 10 minutes into the movie. 3. Around mid way into the film, there was a few minutes of echoing. 4. Once the movie was over, none of the lights turned back on. None of them. Only the floor lights that typically stay on were on. We stayed quite a while, watching the credits, and NO LIGHTS turned on. Everyone had to leave in the dark. This is a safety hazard. This was a ridiculously comically bad experience. I sent these exact words to customer support and only got an email addressing the trailers. You can see it here. It’s cute how they ignored every other issue. Absolute garbage.
