I cannot say enough good things about the team at Star Cinema Grill - The Vintage. My son has a severe dairy allergy, which usually makes ordering food at a movie theater a stressful experience, but this team went above and beyond to make us feel safe. Before we even arrived, the General Manager took my call and took the time to address all of my concerns regarding their menu ingredients. That peace of mind before stepping through the door was incredible. Once we sat down for the movie, our waiter was fantastic—highly attentive and genuinely helpful with our order. To top it all off, the GM, Andy (Andi—apologies if I misspelled your name!), actually came over to our seats to greet my son and me in person. She double-checked our concerns right there and even showed me the packaging/ingredients of the exact food items we purchased. As a parent dealing with severe food allergies, this level of care, empathy, and professionalism is rare. I am so incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. My family and I have been coming to this location for years, and we've always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, our most recent visit on was extremely disappointing. We purchased tickets for the 6:00 PM showing of Toy Story, but the movie did not begin until approximately 7:30 not even the previews started on time. During that entire delay, no one came into the theater to explain what was happening, apologize for the inconvenience, or provide any updates regarding technical difficulties. It wasn't until several other adults and I left the auditorium to ask what was going on that we received any information. The theater itself was also uncomfortably warm. When the movie finally started, I noticed it was playing in 3D. I went to the front desk to make staff aware of the issue, but my concern was immediately dismissed. I was told the movie was not in 3D, despite what I was clearly seeing on the screen. Rather than argue, I returned to the theater and spoke with our waitstaff, who were absolutely wonderful. They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and checked the screen for themselves. They quickly confirmed that the movie was indeed playing in 3D and worked to have the correct version started. I understand that technical difficulties can happen, and I appreciate the efforts of the waitstaff to resolve the issue. However, the lack of communication during the delay, combined with management dismissing a legitimate customer concern and offering no apology, made this experience very frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Bad experience today. We went to watch the super Mario movie today and wanted an experience going to the theater. We got the premium pod seating for the 4 of us. First off, the picture and sound quality was horrible. My TV and sound system at home is better than what they offered. On top of that the service was horrible. We paid extra for the pod seating and the waiters would not clear our plates, when we asked for a regular straw for our icee we were told they were out of normal straws but the other 3 in our party had regular straws. The required tip the put on the tab is not the kind of service you will get. They take your order and that’s basically it. They have different people bringing you your food they don’t take away dirty dishes or give refills on drinks. Considering we spent $200 for 4 people to watch this move it was a waste. We will never return.

Dinner was 98 for two people. My steak came warm and was cold by the time I got salt , which took like 10-15 min to get , the fries were awful. and the speakers while being very clear were way too loud , this is the only theater I have eve written a negative review for ….. it has all the tools to be a 5 either the staff or the management suck. The price of a ticket was reasonable. Save your money and eat else where first

I had a great experience at Star Cinema Grill during our daytime movie, and a lot of that is thanks to Karla. Her service was exceptional from start to finish—quick, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She checked in at the right moments without ever interrupting the movie flow, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The theater was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and Karla’s professionalism added an extra touch that made the visit even better. If you’re planning a daytime show, I definitely recommend Star Cinema Grill—especially with Karla taking care of you.
