I live in Florida, I came here on a date and was very disappointed. This was our second time at this theater. We had to buy the handicap seats because of capacity. So much traffic was in front of us for the first part of the movie. I wasn't as upset about that part because I figured once everyone was seated it would get better. It wasn't until the staff set up their meal delivery stations right next to me. I couldn't focus on the movie because of all off the movement in front of me and the noise they were making delivering food and drinks to everyone. That station should be set up outside of the theater during the movie! Also too especially not right next to a paying customer. Lastly the popcorn was cold! They don't have the popcorn in bags. It's in an oval shaped basket lined with paper. The baskets you would put chicken fingers in....

Went to see the Mandalorian and Grugu on opening night. They had the Warriors of Mandalor dressed up in costumes, very cool! The speciality cocktail was amazing.

In #2 movie theater at this place they don't even turn the lights down enough to make a Scary movie (Scream) look scary. The atmosphere is like your walking thru the mall. Wacky is all I can say, especially after spending close to $100 in this place. I asked for a manager and one never came. Thanks guys for showing us how you really care about the customers.

we watched obsession and our server was jocelynn! she was the sweetest person ever, the entire staff was so sweet and so welcoming however jocelynn truly made a difference :) we live 30 minutes away but we’re for sure coming back in hopes to have her again! the food was incredible, truly a star

Very clean, great recliners and a wonderful screen. Plenty of parking. Only thing is the food service during the movie is slow and they aren't quick to check on u when you use the call button. My daughter missed out on her ice cream because after 20 minutes and hitting the button 3 times they were able to slide by and drop off the check but not ask what we needed.
