I only went to this location because the movie my kids wanted to see was not @ our preferred theater. We had a very interesting experience here tho The server Jasmyn lack common sense! After settling my tab upfront with a tip she still messed up a simple task. I asked for 4 drinks in “to go” cups She forgot (not a big deal) Then i reminded her she came back with empty to go cups 🤯 so i ask can you bring the drinks inside the cup 😂, she try to take the drinks in the regular cup back I told her she can grab those drinks after bringing the new drinks out ( you not gonna pour those drinks into the to go cups 😂) I got my cranberry juice with extra bubbles 😂 I took it to the front , ordered another @ this point I’m feeling like a Karen 😂 the dude made me a new drink with visible frustration he must of been aware of the previous situation already , he made a new drink in front of me but took it to the back for a lid, it came back extra bubbles 😂 I discarded it and purchased bottled waters . The movie was great. Went back to see Mercy the experience was a lot better.

Love the layout inside. Bright and cheerful hallway. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The seats are comfortable with reclining. On these cold days it would be nice if they had heat built in. There are no bad seats in there. The food was also good. I had wings which were very tasty and went well with the dip. The salad was a good size and was easy to eat with its small chicken nuggets. The serving staff grabbed empty containers promptly which is good with such small food trays. If you get 2 items they really fight for space on the tray. My companion had a dessert that took a very long time to prepare and got there just before the end of the show.

Watched Michael there with my bestie and goddaughter and had a lovely time! Food was great, I ordered the coconut shrimp and a specialty drink. Clean facilities inside and out, polite staff. Parking lot fills up fast in the front so be early rather than late!

Had a really fun night at this Cinema cafe with my club members for the premiere of Mando and Grogu. The staff was super friendly and supportive, the fans and movie-goers were awesome, everyone had a blast :)

Second time to a Cinema Cafe, 1st time at the Kemps River location. It was showing what the wife wanted to see. We went on a Tuesday and had the two for one pizza deal. Surprisingly good pizza! A good deal for 2 specality pizzas, large drink and popcorn for about $30. Similar (very good) service, seating and overall experience as other Cinema Cafes.
